V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu sticker de upp, sparrisknopparna. V\u00e4lkomna mina \u00e4lsklingar. F\u00f6r att de \u00e4r s\u00e5 tidiga, modiga och galet goda. Jorden runtomkring \u00e4r bar, n\u00e4stan karg och n\u00e4tterna\u2026isande kalla. Jag t\u00e4cker f\u00f6r att inte missa det h\u00e4r. L\u00e4gg i kokande, l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten och dr\u00f6j bara n\u00e5gon minut innan vattnet h\u00e4lls av.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Odlar du sparris s\u00e5 prova att knapra i dig en genast vid b\u00e4dden, s\u00f6tt och knaprigt, och \u00e4r du inte bekant med egen sparris i landen kan du<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/enklaste-forratten-med-farsk-sparris\/\"> kolla p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu ska vi laga mat. Kr\u00e4mig laxpasta p\u00e5 allra enklaste vis. Jag anv\u00e4nder en grund av mitt recept p\u00e5<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/pasta-al-limone\/\"> Pasta Limone<\/a> som \u00e4r en italiensk klassiker med gr\u00e4dde i ingredienslistan. Faktiskt ovanligt i Italien.<\/p>\n<p>Till den adderar jag sparris, spenat, dill och varmr\u00f6kt lax. Du har middagen klar p\u00e5 tiden det tar att koka pastan.<\/p>\n<h2>Kr\u00e4mig laxpasta<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>400 g pasta, jag anv\u00e4nde linguine<\/p>\n<p>3 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd citron, rivet skal och saft<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl lagrad ost, riven<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa sparris, delad i mindre bitar<\/p>\n<p>200 g f\u00e4rsk spenat<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa dill, plockade blad eller hackad<\/p>\n<p>200 g varmr\u00f6kt lax, delad i bitar<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg pastan i kokande, saltat vatten.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp gr\u00e4dden i en liten kastrull och r\u00f6r i citron, b\u00e5de cest och saft och dra \u00f6ver ett par drag p\u00e5 svartpepparkvarnen. Koka upp, ta fr\u00e5n spisen och r\u00f6r ner osten.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r pastan har knappt en minut kvar p\u00e5 koktiden l\u00e4ggs sparrisen i. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan l\u00e4gg i spenaten och h\u00e4ll genast av. Spenaten ska bara bli mjuk, inte koka.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen, r\u00f6r ner den gr\u00e4ddiga ost- och citronblandningen. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar eller i sk\u00e5l. F\u00f6rdela dill och lax \u00f6ver.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c4t genast n\u00e4r det fortfarande \u00e4r \u00e5ngande hett. Allt gott!
