V\u00e4lkommen ut till grillen!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chimichurri r\u00f6ran vi fullkomligt \u00e4lskar. Till grillat, k\u00f6tt, fisk, gr\u00f6nt eller till en bit br\u00f6d. Allt fr\u00e5n grillen passar chimichurri. Ursprunget \u00e4r lite oklart. Baskien i Spanien, s\u00e4ger n\u00e5gon. Definitivt Argentina, s\u00e4ger andra. Spelar just ingen roll, s\u00e4ger jag. Den \u00e4r f\u00f6r god att tjafsa runt och s\u00e4rskilt gillar jag den eftersom s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga av ingredienserna finns p\u00e5 min kolonilott. Bara att plocka och hacka.<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e4r samtidigt het, syrlig och salt med en best\u00e4md hetta. Allt utan att ta udden av persiljan som \u00e4ntligen f\u00e5r en chans att toppa ingredienslistan som huvudrollsinnehavare.<\/p>\n<p>Runt grillen har de d\u00e4r s\u00e5serna och r\u00f6rorna stor betydelse oavsett vad l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 grillen. En av mina favoriter \u00e4r en s\u00e5s som hamnat i skuggan av en annan. Caesardressingens f\u00f6rbisedda syster Green Goddess. Det finns likheter, men den h\u00e4r \u00e4r knalligt gr\u00f6n och inneh\u00e5ller b\u00e5de persilja och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/green-goddess-dressing-sommarens-favoritsas\/\">Missa inte den och receptet hittar du h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En annan av mina favoriter \u00e4r den spanska Salsa Romesco. Galet vacker i f\u00e4rg och makal\u00f6st god. Ibland grillar vi bara riktigt gott br\u00f6d och frossar p\u00e5 r\u00f6ran som annars passar till det mesta. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/salsa-romesco-roran-som-har-allt\/\">Klicka p\u00e5 l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r f\u00f6r recept.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Men nu hackar vi ihop en chimichurri.<\/p>\n<h2>Chimichurri<\/h2>\n<p>1 knippa persilja<\/p>\n<p>(eventuellt \u00bd kruka f\u00e4rsk koriander)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd f\u00e4rsk chili<\/p>\n<p>2 klyftor vitl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk torkad oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd msk r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsk salt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka persiljan fint. Samma sak med koriander om du vill ha med det. L\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka chilin och smaka av innan du avg\u00f6r hur mycket som ska med.<\/li>\n<li>Riv eller pressa vitl\u00f6k och l\u00e4gg i den tillsammans med chili, oregano, olja, vin\u00e4ger och salt.<\/li>\n<li>Chimichurrin g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att mixa grovt. L\u00e4gg ingredienserna i en mixer och pulsa tills du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med resultatet.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av om m\u00e4ngden vin\u00e4ger och salt \u00e4r lagom eller om det beh\u00f6vs mer. Servera till grillat av alla slag.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allt gott!
