Jo jag lovar, det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en faktiskt en klockren kombo ni inte vill missa. Jag har kikat runt och hittat en hel del recept fr\u00e5n USA d\u00e4r just tomat och sm\u00f6r inte s\u00e4llan m\u00f6ts i maten s\u00e5 det \u00e4r inget nytt, men h\u00e4r \u00e4r det inte vanligt. Synd p\u00e5 s\u00e5 goda grejer.<\/p>\n<p>Gjorde ett smaktest h\u00e4r hemma och det var inget snack, ungarna gav h\u00f6gsta betyg.<\/p>\n<p>Och nu blir det mat.<\/p>\n<h2>Sm\u00f6rlen tomats\u00e5s till pastan<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar finkrossade tomater, byt eventuellt en mot k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater p\u00e5 burk<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk socker<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>75 g sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Fr\u00e4s p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i kastrull eller mindre gryta. Klicka i tomatpur\u00e9n och l\u00e5t den fr\u00e4sa med n\u00e5gon minut innan tomater och socker h\u00e4lls ner. Sm\u00e5puttra under lock 15 \u2013 20 minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Ta fr\u00e5n plattan och r\u00f6r ner sm\u00f6ret.<\/li>\n<li>Sv\u00e4ng ihop tomats\u00e5sen med \u00e5ngande nykokt pasta.
