Att blanda med solvarma tomater eller tunt skivad gurka eller som h\u00e4r med nykokt ljummen f\u00e4rskpotatis.<\/p>\n<p>Mycket smak av sommar och s\u00e5 l\u00f6jligt enkel att det n\u00e4stan inte \u00e4r ett recept. Den inneh\u00e5ller ganska mycket fransk senap, men konstigt nog s\u00e5 \u00e4r den inte s\u00e5 framtr\u00e4dande n\u00e4r allt \u00e4r ihopblandat. Det \u00e4r dillen som spelar huvudrollen h\u00e4r och det g\u00f6r den med den \u00e4ran.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en dressing som ska vispas s\u00e5 att den blir tjock som en emulsionss\u00e5s och det \u00e4r senapen som binder och g\u00f6r den kr\u00e4mig.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte ofta jag anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rdiga kryddblandningar, men h\u00e4r passar italiensk salladskrydda perfekt.<\/p>\n<h2>Dilldressing till potatissallad<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 \u2013 1,2 kg f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/p>\n<h4>Dilldressing<\/h4>\n<p>1 \u00bd msk dijonsenap<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk italiensk salladskrydda (eller lite mer)<\/p>\n<p>2 msk r\u00f6dvinsvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>1 dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>en rej\u00e4lt stor knippa dill, eller tv\u00e5 mindre<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Borsta potatisen och koka i saltat vatten. L\u00e5t \u00e5nga av.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka senapen i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med salladskrydda och vin\u00e4ger. Vispa ner olivoljan lite i taget tills s\u00e5sen blir kr\u00e4mig. Det g\u00e5r fint att g\u00f6ra den med stavmixer och d\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag i alltihop p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r dillen fint och ta med stj\u00e4lkarna som har massor med smak och ger lite struktur. Blanda ihop med din tjocka dressing.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd runt de ljumna potatisarna med dressingen och servera till grillat, till korv, till stekt str\u00f6mming eller n\u00e5got annat. \u00a0Potatissalladen kan f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkas p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt och bli en hel r\u00e4tt i sig. \u00a0Ta exempelvis en rej\u00e4l bit smulad fetaost, ett g\u00e4ng skurna tomater och ett par n\u00e4var nyplockade kokta brytb\u00f6nor.
