V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doften av fl\u00e4der \u00e4r s\u00e5 speciell. Den \u00e4r sin egen, ingenting kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras. Varje \u00e5r kokar jag saft utan att egentligen vara n\u00e5gon saftdrickare. Barnen \u00e4r n\u00f6jda, men jag funderar p\u00e5 vad annat man skulle kunna g\u00f6ra med den juniblommiga doften.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 hittar jag ett recept. Ett att lita p\u00e5 fr\u00e5n kockarnas kock, Mathias Dahlgren. Stort tack f\u00f6r det!<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nker mig att det kan passa till lite asiatiska smaker. T\u00e4nk en sallad med gurka, avokado, chili, l\u00f6k och citrus. N\u00e5got krispigt blad och koriander. Och till sist det d\u00e4r lilla blommiga stinget av picklat. Bara en aning s\u00e5 att man stannar upp och undrar \u2013 oj, vad var det d\u00e4r?<\/p>\n<p>Eller kanske till en melonsallad, med l\u00e4tt syrlig f\u00e4rsk ost. Eller varf\u00f6r inte till en tartar p\u00e5 rimmad lax? Vad tror ni? Ja, vi f\u00e5r experimentera oss fram till n\u00e5got fantastiskt.<\/p>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r f\u00f6red\u00f6mligt enkelt och finns tillsammans med en stor m\u00e4ngd fantastiska vegetariska recept i Mathias bok Rutabaga.<\/p>\n<h2>Inlagda fl\u00e4derblommor<\/h2>\n<p>fl\u00e4derblommor (jag anv\u00e4nde 10 klasar)<\/p>\n<p>en del \u00e4ttika (jag k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 1 dl av varje)<\/p>\n<p>en del socker<\/p>\n<p>en del vatten<\/p>\n<p>steriliserad burk (diska och l\u00e4gg i ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader minst 10 minuter)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj och ansa blommorna. Jag klippte dem i sm\u00e5 klasar fr\u00e5n den stora stj\u00e4lken.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg blommorna i burken. Koka upp lagen och h\u00e4ll den het \u00f6ver blommorna. Lagen ska t\u00e4cka. V\u00e4nd burken upp och ner s\u00e5 att den heta v\u00e4tskan n\u00e5r \u00f6verallt. En extra f\u00f6rs\u00e4kring om att inga bakterier finns kvar.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rvara i kyl.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lagen kommer att ta smak av blommorna och kan anv\u00e4ndas som smaks\u00e4ttning i s\u00e5ser b\u00e5de varma och kalla.
