Focaccia, l\u00e4tt, luftigt och saftigt br\u00f6d tillsammans med smaken av tomat som f\u00e5tt koncentrerad smak n\u00e4r den rostas i ugnsv\u00e4rmen. Full av umami med perfekt syra, s\u00e4lta och s\u00f6tma. Klassisk pizzatr\u00e5dig mozarella och oregano. Allts\u00e5, fattar ni hur gott!?<\/p>\n<p>Alla k\u00e4nner igen smakerna, men de f\u00e5r en extra dimension ihop med det luftiga br\u00f6det. En helt annan grej \u00e4n att gr\u00e4dda samma ingredienser p\u00e5 en f\u00e4rdig pizzabotten. Tvekl\u00f6st v\u00e4rt jobbet och precis lika bra att servera p\u00e5 en middag som att packa ner till strandlunchen. Den fogar sig och passar tillf\u00e4llet oavsett vilket.<\/p>\n<h2>Pizzafocaccia<\/h2>\n<p>12 bitar i en 30 \u2013 40 cm form<\/p>\n<p>500 g vetemj\u00f6l special<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>400 g vatten<\/p>\n<p>20 g j\u00e4st<\/p>\n<p>2 + 2 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<h4>Tomats\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<p>\u00bd burk krossade tomater<\/p>\n<p>1 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk socker<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>eventuellt lite chili<\/p>\n<h4>P\u00e5 toppen<\/h4>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl riven mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>1 hel mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>oregano<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska basilikblad om man r\u00e5kar ha en kruka i n\u00e4rheten<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l och salt i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e4t upp vattnet, blanda i j\u00e4sten s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6ser sig och h\u00e4ll i 2 msk olja.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ihop ingredienserna till en deg\/smet i maskin eller f\u00f6r hand. Degen ska vara riktigt l\u00f6s och saknar du maskin s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nd en slickepott eller en tr\u00e4slev. T\u00e4ck och j\u00e4s till dubbel storlek cirka 1 timma.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp den andra omg\u00e5ngen olivolja i en form med cirkam\u00e5tten 30 &#8211; 40 cm. F\u00f6s ner degen i formen och vik den i oljan n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger. Dra i kanterna och vik in mot mitten om och om igen. Platta ut degen i formen med l\u00e4tta fingrar och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa t\u00e4ckt ytterligare 1 \u00bd timma. Det \u00e4r bra att t\u00e4cka med en plastl\u00e5da eller en djup pl\u00e5t eftersom degen j\u00e4ser mycket och riskerar att fastna om man bara l\u00e4gger \u00f6ver en handduk.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa ihop ingredienserna till tomats\u00e5sen. S\u00e5sen ska bli helt sl\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Skeda den r\u00e5a tomats\u00e5sen \u00f6ver focaccian och pensla f\u00f6rsiktigt ut den \u00f6ver ytan. Varsamt eftersom vi vill beh\u00e5lla luften i degen. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver riven ost och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 tunna skivor av hel mozzarella. Oregano \u00f6ver och skjuts in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda cirka 20 min. Br\u00f6det ska h\u00f6ja sig ordentligt och ytan ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg. Pensla eventuellt med \u00e4nnu lite mer olja n\u00e4r focaccian tas ur ugnen.
