Och h\u00e4r kommer receptet.<\/p>\n<h2>Sommarmackor &#8211; Grillad biffmacka med bearnaisemajonn\u00e4s<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<h4>Bearnaisemajonn\u00e4s<\/h4>\n<p>1 msk vin\u00e4ger fr\u00e5n en burk esdragon + \u00bd msk av de inlagda bladen<\/p>\n<p>Eller<\/p>\n<p>1 msk vitvinsvin\u00e4ger + 1 tsk torkad dragon<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>1 msk fransk senap<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00bd dl rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk salt<\/p>\n<h4>Till mackan<\/h4>\n<p>2 fina skivor ryggbiff av n\u00f6t<\/p>\n<p>salladsblad<\/p>\n<p>3 tomater<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 surdegsbaguette<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Till majonn\u00e4sen \u00e4r det viktigt att alla ingredienserna h\u00e5ller samma temperatur. L\u00e4gg vin\u00e4ger, dragon, \u00e4gg, senap, rapsolja och salt i beh\u00e5llaren i en stavmixer. S\u00e4tt staven i botten p\u00e5 beh\u00e5llaren och k\u00f6r samtidigt som staven dras upp\u00e5t. S\u00e5sen \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig p\u00e5 ett \u00f6gonblick.<\/li>\n<li>Torka k\u00f6ttet och salta det runtom. Grilla och var aktsam s\u00e5 att k\u00f6ttet fortfarande \u00e4r saftigt n\u00e4r du l\u00e4gger det \u00e5t sidan f\u00f6r att vila innan det sk\u00e4rs upp. Det g\u00e5r lika bra att steka k\u00f6ttet.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva tomaterna fint och sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i tunna ringar. Sedan salladsblad, tomat, l\u00f6kskivor och k\u00f6ttet i skivor. Vik ihop och hugg in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Esdragon \u00e4r en dragoninl\u00e4ggning som \u00e4r mycket enkel att g\u00f6ra.
