En bit skivad pepparrot och blad av svarta vinb\u00e4r. R\u00f6dbeta och aromen i vinb\u00e4rsbladen g\u00f6r under f\u00f6r varandra.<\/p>\n<p>Alla inl\u00e4ggningar kr\u00e4ver rena burkar. Diska noga och l\u00e4gg 15 minuter i ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader. Koka hastigt lock eller ringar till bygelburkar.<\/p>\n<h2>Inlagda r\u00f6dbetor<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg r\u00f6dbetor<\/p>\n<p>9 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>6 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>3 dl \u00e4ttika<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk senapsfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>5 kryddnejlikor<\/p>\n<p>4 kryddpepparkorn<\/p>\n<p>4 cm pepparrot<\/p>\n<p>6 svarta vinb\u00e4rsblad<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tv\u00e4tta r\u00f6dbetorna och koka dem mjuka. H\u00e4ll av och l\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got Innan du gnider av skalet och sk\u00e4r i klyftor.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp vatten, socker och \u00e4ttika tillsammans med kryddorna.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och skiva pepparroten.<\/li>\n<li>Tv\u00e4tta vinb\u00e4rsbladen.<\/li>\n<li>Varva r\u00f6dbetor, svartvinb\u00e4rsblad och pepparrot i burken.
