Enkla r\u00e5varor och stora smaker. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo, det \u00e4r bra med traditioner. Kr\u00e4ftskivan har en given plats. Vi sjunger, s\u00f6rplar och lyssnar p\u00e5 augistikv\u00e4llens syrsor. Igenk\u00e4nning och alltid en fest. Men kr\u00e4ftorna kan mer och jag \u00e4r inte ensam om att se det. Cajunvarianter med kryddiga korvar och majs festar m\u00e5nga p\u00e5 och jag snor en bit av konceptet fast g\u00f6r en helt annan variant. En enklare som f\u00e5ngar kr\u00e4ftk\u00e4nslan med dilldoft och allt.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir en varm servering med sm\u00f6r som en av huvudakt\u00f6rerna och n\u00e5gra kryddiga inslag d\u00e4rtill. Ingenting som tar d\u00f6d p\u00e5 kr\u00e4ftsmaken, men de tillf\u00f6r en extra dimension.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r blir det en kr\u00e4ftfest med k\u00e4nda inslag d\u00e4r vi \u00e4ter med h\u00e4nderna. Kn\u00e4cker klor och k\u00e4nner igen oss fast \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte alls. V\u00e5gar ni? Dela chilifrukten mitt itu p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden.<\/li>\n<li>Bryn sm\u00f6ret l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i en gryta och vispa hela tiden s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nner i botten.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6k, persilja och chili s\u00e5 fort sm\u00f6ret slutat bubbla. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och v\u00e4nd ner kr\u00e4ftorna. V\u00e4nd runt n\u00e5gra varv och h\u00e4ll genast upp den p\u00e5 serveringsfat. Kr\u00e4ftorna ska bara precis dra \u00e5t sig av smakerna.<\/li>\n<li>Citron bredvid att pressa \u00f6ver. Ett tips \u00e4r att grilla eller steka citronhalvorna p\u00e5 snittsidan.
