Samma sak. Silkeslen, ljust sommargr\u00f6n med krutonger p\u00e5 toppen. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zucchini ja, vet v\u00e4l alla hur den ser ut, men nej. Jag hade ingen aning n\u00e4r jag satte fr\u00f6 fr\u00e5n Tromboncino att detta v\u00e4ntade. Sk\u00f6nhet och en ny k\u00e4rlek.<\/p>\n<p>Den kl\u00e4ttrar som den var jagad. Flera decimeter om dagen. M\u00e5lmedvetet sl\u00e4nger den sina tentakler runt staketet och ger sig iv\u00e4g. L\u00e4ngs rankorna bildas halvmeterl\u00e5nga, limegr\u00f6na frukter. Vackra och alldeles fantastiskt goda.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4rnhuset sitter i den lilla klumpen l\u00e4ngst ner, resten \u00e4r rent k\u00f6tt helt k\u00e4rnfritt. Smaken \u00e4r mild, fruktig och k\u00f6ttet m\u00f6rt. Den f\u00f6rsta zucchinisort jag g\u00e4rna \u00e4ter r\u00e5. Kom ih\u00e5g den h\u00e4r s\u00e4ger jag bara.<\/p>\n<p>Denna soppdag fick min Tromboncino en chans att visa upp sig. Och vi l\u00e4mnade middagsbordet med lovord och klart h\u00f6gsta betyg som omd\u00f6me. S\u00e5 gott! En r\u00e4tt med tr\u00e5kst\u00e4mpel, ja s\u00e5 \u00e4r det, kl\u00e4ttrade till en helt ny division. Och inte var det sv\u00e5rt.<\/p>\n<p>Ni som inte har en Tronboncino att gl\u00e4djas \u00e5t ska veta att det blir j\u00e4ttegott \u00e4nd\u00e5. Bra soppa helt enkelt. Och s\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till.<\/p>\n<h2>Zucchinisoppa<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta eller fler<\/p>\n<p>800 g zucchini<\/p>\n<p>6 &#8211; 8 dl kyckling- eller gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/p>\n<p>1 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<p>pressad citron<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<h4>Till servering<\/h4>\n<p>olivoljestekta krutonger<\/p>\n<p>Fint strimlad basilika<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tunt. Stek i kastrull p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme utan att det tar f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r zucchinin i sm\u00e5 bitar. L\u00e4gg i kastrullen och fr\u00e4s med n\u00e5gra minuter. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 buljongen och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e5puttra cirka 10 minuter. Klicka ner cr\u00e8me fraiche och mixa soppan helt sl\u00e4t. Den som har en kannmixer skattar sig lycklig.
