Kanske har du fiskat egna?<\/p>\n<p>Till verket.<\/p>\n<h2>Kr\u00e4ftsallad<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>1 kg kr\u00e4ftor eller 300 g kr\u00e4ftstj\u00e4rtar<\/p>\n<p>2 skivor surdegsbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>1 gurka<\/p>\n<p>250 g k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater, g\u00e4rna olika sorter<\/p>\n<p>1 salladshuvud, g\u00e4rna gemsallad<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k eller l\u00f6kblast<\/p>\n<h4>Dilldressing<\/h4>\n<p>1 dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>2 msk vin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk fransk senap<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk salladskrydda<\/p>\n<p>1 knippa dill<\/p>\n<p>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, kan uteslutas<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skala hela kr\u00e4ftor och plocka fram k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n stj\u00e4rtar och klor. Anv\u00e4nds kr\u00e4ftor i lake eller frysta stj\u00e4rtar ska de rinna av ordentligt.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla br\u00f6dskivorna med olja. Salta l\u00e4tt och stek till fin f\u00e4rg. Sk\u00e4r i mindre bitar.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r gurkan i skivor och halvera tomaterna. Sk\u00f6lj och plocka av salladsbladen. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 handduk.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa ihop olja, vin\u00e4ger, senap och salladskrydda. Hacka dillen och r\u00f6r ner den. Vill du ha vitl\u00f6k i? Pressa och blanda.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd runt kr\u00e4ftstj\u00e4rtar och gr\u00f6nsaker i dressingen. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 br\u00f6dbitarna och servera.
