St\u00e4ll p\u00e5 h\u00f6gkant och sk\u00e4r av kornen uppifr\u00e5n och ner n\u00e4ra kolven.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa h\u00e4lften av majskornen grovt. Sm\u00e4lt en klick sm\u00f6r i en kastrull och l\u00e4gg i majskornen.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om under n\u00e5gon minut innan gr\u00e4dden h\u00e4lls p\u00e5. Koka p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och r\u00f6r. N\u00e4r du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med konsistensen efter n\u00e5gra minuter r\u00f6r du ner osten och tar kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med chili och koriander. \u00a0Servera ljummen med nachos.<\/li>\n<li>Jag tycker att s\u00e4ltan i osten r\u00e4cker s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r majsen serveras med nachos, men den som vill saltar efter behag.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Passa p\u00e5 nu att gotta er i f\u00e4rsk majs.
