Varken plockande eller matlagning. En liten stund f\u00f6r kontemplation \u00f6ver insamlad sommarenergi. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsommaren. En morgon fanns doften av rosor i luften. Nyponros och Vresros. Sedan har de mognat och samlat kraft och nu kommer frukten. Energin syns i f\u00e4rgen. De \u00e4r laddade.<\/p>\n<p>Att plocka nypon kr\u00e4ver koncentration. Annars g\u00e5r man d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n som en s\u00e5rad hj\u00e4lte eftersom de b\u00e4sta nyponbuskarna \u00e4r rej\u00e4lt taggiga. De vilda nyponrosorna precis som vresrosen. Visst vet jag att vresrosen \u00e4r invasiv, men den finns trots allt p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga platser och eftersom den sprider sig med fr\u00f6 finns ingen anledning att inte f\u00f6rhindra det genom att plocka nyponen, eller hur?! Rensa bort alla k\u00e4rnorna eller g\u00f6ra ett doftande nyponmos som kan f\u00f6r\u00e4dlas vidare p\u00e5 flera s\u00e4tt. Jag g\u00f6r b\u00e5da och anv\u00e4nder de urk\u00e4rnade f\u00f6r att sylta. Inte lika pilligt och resultatet. Allts\u00e5 den nyponsoppan vill du inte missa.
