K\u00e4rna ur och t\u00e4rna i r\u00e4tt stora bitar. L\u00e4gg i en ugnsform och v\u00e4nd i olja och salt. S\u00e4tt in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Salta och peppra kycklingen. Stek till fin f\u00e4rg och knaprigt skinn. N\u00e4r fil\u00e9erna n\u00e5tt en innertemperatur p\u00e5 70 grader l\u00e4ggs de \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Halvera citronen och l\u00e4gg den med snittytan ner i pannan d\u00e4r du stekt kycklingen.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka rosmarinen fint. Hacka ner enb\u00e4ren och l\u00e4gg i pannan vid sidan av citronen. Klicka i sm\u00f6ret som snart fr\u00e4ser och f\u00e5ngar upp kycklingens fina smak.<\/li>\n<li>Ta upp citronerna och v\u00e4nta in pumpan som precis nu b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 en gyllenbrynt yta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de helt mjuka pumpabitarna i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver det rosmarin- och citrondoftande brynta sm\u00f6ret.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka ner cr\u00e8me fraiche och stompa till pumpan med en gaffel eller med ett par snabba tag med stavmixern, det ska inte bli mos, bara grovst\u00f6tt.
