V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crispy chicken \u00e4r precis som det l\u00e5ter. Kyckling i ett frasigt h\u00f6lje. Inte precis n\u00e5gon revolutionerande nyhet, men alltid lika gott. Vem gillar inte liksom?<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r serverad p\u00e5 tallrik med tillbeh\u00f6r. Lite plock och dip att roa sig med en kulen novemberdag.<\/p>\n<p>Alltihop skulle kunna funka precis lika bra att l\u00e4gga i ett hamburgerbr\u00f6d. Du v\u00e4ljer efter dagsformen, men \u00e4r du p\u00e5 hugget och l\u00e4ngtar efter en dag i k\u00f6ket, en bra podd kanske och flera moment att greppa s\u00e5 finns <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/baka-hamburgerbrod-till-grillfesten\/\">recept till hamburgerbr\u00f6d vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9n med dagens projekt \u00e4r att plocka ihop en r\u00e4tt med svenska r\u00e5varor. Egenodlat f\u00f6r den lyckans ost som har s\u00e5dana lager, men en alldeles vanlig gr\u00f6nsaks- och frysdisk \u00e4r inte att f\u00f6rakta. Lite nyt\u00e4nk \u00e4r allt som beh\u00f6vs och det blir minst lika bra om \u00e4n inte precis samma sak.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00c4rtguacamole? Lite f\u00e5nigt kanske, men en stor grej i m\u00e5nga l\u00e4nder och den har ett internationellt namn som \u201dmockamole\u201d. Ursprunget \u00e4r s\u00e5klart att minska avokadovurmen som blivit en riktig klimatbov. Dessutom sv\u00e5r att hantera i butikerna och sv\u00e5r f\u00f6r oss som ska k\u00f6pa. Mogen eller inte? S\u00f6nderkl\u00e4md brun eller perfekt kr\u00e4mig?<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 \u00e4rtor \u00e4r inte samma sak, men mycket god och har du bondb\u00f6nor i frysen funkar det lika bra.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 till kycklingen. \u00c4r det ett bra alternativ? V\u00e4lj eko, s\u00e4ger jag. Kommer att kosta mer, men v\u00e4lj r\u00e4tt och mer s\u00e4llan.<\/p>\n<p>Efter dessa pekpinnar till verket!<\/p>\n<h2>Krispig kyckling med \u00e4rtguacamole<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>3 stora kycklingbr\u00f6stfil\u00e9er, eko \u00e4r ofta st\u00f6rre<\/p>\n<p>1 dl mj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>2 dl panko, str\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>rapsolja att stek-fritera i<\/p>\n<h4>\u00c4rtguacamole<\/h4>\n<p>250 g gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor, tinade<\/p>\n<p>2 msk rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n<p>citron eller lime<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk koriander, kan uteslutas<\/p>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<p>picklad l\u00f6k,<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/veckans-ravara-lok\/\"> l\u00e4nk till recept<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl majonn\u00e4s,<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/majonnas-en-grundsas-att-beharska\/\"> l\u00e4nk till recept<\/a><\/p>\n<p>het chilis\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>k\u00e5l, supertunt skivad<\/p>\n<p>\u00e4rtskott<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med tillbeh\u00f6ren. Mixa \u00e4rtorna med rapsolja och vitl\u00f6k. Smaka av med lite pressad citrus, salt och peppar. R\u00f6r eventuellt i ett par msk hackad koriander.<\/li>\n<li>Pickla l\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda majonn\u00e4s med en het chilis\u00e5s. Lite i taget. Du k\u00e4nner vad dina smakl\u00f6kar \u00f6nskar av hettan.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd k\u00e5lstrimlor och \u00e4rtskott i ett par droppar olja, lite salt och en aning citron.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r kycklingfil\u00e9erna i drygt centimetertjocka skivor. Salta och peppra.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll fram tre fat. Ett med mj\u00f6l, ett med uppvispat \u00e4gg och ett med panko. V\u00e4nd kycklingbitarna f\u00f6rst i mj\u00f6l, sedan i \u00e4gget och sist i panko. De ska vara helt t\u00e4ckta.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp en rej\u00e4l bottenskyla olja i en kastrull eller mindre panna. Oljan ska upp i en temperatur runt 170 &#8211; 180 grader.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ner n\u00e5gra kycklingbitar i taget. Det f\u00e5r inte bli tr\u00e5ngt. V\u00e4nd n\u00e4r de f\u00e5tt riktigt fin f\u00e4rg.
