V\u00e4rldsber\u00f6md utan backning av stora namn. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Folkets mat och s\u00e4kert etablissemangets ocks\u00e5. En av Storbritanniens k\u00e4ndisar vid sidan av yorkshirepudding, sunday roast, bubble and squeak och m\u00e5nga andra. De flesta ganska enkla r\u00e4tter n\u00e4r jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 saken. Just folkliga.<\/p>\n<p>Inte alltid s\u00e5 l\u00e4ttlagade dock. Inga avancerade ingredienser, men de kr\u00e4ver tid och k\u00e4rleksfull omsorg.<\/p>\n<p>Konstigt t\u00e4nker jag att just fish and chips spridit sitt namn och rykte, men knappast er\u00f6vrat v\u00e4rlden med fiskst\u00e5nd p\u00e5 gatorna n\u00e5gon annanstans? Man f\u00e5r laga till den sj\u00e4lv. Och det \u00e4r s\u00e5 v\u00e4rt jobbet. Fraset n\u00e4r man tar en tugga och den kritvita fisken. Ljuvligt!<\/p>\n<p>En perfekt helgsyssla och jag v\u00e5gar lova att r\u00e4tten g\u00e5r hem hos de allra flesta. Kombinationen med den frasiga fisken, den kr\u00e4miga remouladen, \u00e4rtr\u00f6ran och pommes till det. Oemotst\u00e5ndlig helt enkelt. Och nu lagar vi mat.<\/p>\n<h2>Fish and chips<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>600 g skinn- och benfil\u00e9 av kolja eller torsk<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Frityrsmet<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1 msk maizenamj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd dl kolsyrat vatten eller \u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>neutral olja f\u00f6r fritering<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Smashade \u00e4rtor<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>200 g frysta \u00e4rtor<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>citron<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Remoulads\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>2 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/p>\n<p>2 msk fint hackad \u00e4ttiksgurka eller pickles<\/p>\n<p>1 msk kapris<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Till servering<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>pommes frites<\/p>\n<p>citron eller maltvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r fisken i bitar. Salta och l\u00e5t ligga minst 30 min.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olja i en kastrull. Oljan ska gott och v\u00e4l t\u00e4cka fisken. B\u00e4sta temperaturen f\u00f6r fritering ligger runt 180 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda ingredienserna till frityrsmeten. Torka av fisken och doppa den i smeten. V\u00e4nd eventuellt fiskbitarna f\u00f6rst en g\u00e5ng i vetemj\u00f6l. Fritera i omg\u00e5ngar till fin f\u00e4rg. Skaka kastrullen f\u00f6rsiktigt ett par g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 att fisken inte fastnar i botten.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg \u00e4rtorna i kokande, saltat vatten. H\u00e4ll av s\u00e5 fort de tinat och mixa grovt med cr\u00e8me fraiche. Smaka av med salt och citron.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda ingredienserna till remouladen. Fiska eventuellt upp lite senapskorn fr\u00e5n gurkinl\u00e4ggningen och blanda i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>T\u00e4nker ni vit fisk, men kanske snarare med den perfekta s\u00e5sen s\u00e5 rekommenderar jag er att kika p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget med stekt torskrygg och tomatsm\u00f6rs\u00e5s. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/torskrygg-i-tomatsmorsas-helgens-hojdare\/\">Receptet finns h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
