V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len st\u00e5r stadigt p\u00e5 lotten trots att sn\u00f6n yr och det \u00e4r sm\u00e4llkallt. Bryter de stelfrusna bladen som h\u00e4mtar sig och ser helt op\u00e5verkade ut n\u00e4r de tinar upp i k\u00f6ket. M\u00e4rkligt, men s\u00e5 \u00e4r det.<\/p>\n<p>Det fanns en tid f\u00f6r inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge sedan n\u00e4r gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l var krullet som f\u00f6stes undan fr\u00e5n skinkfatet n\u00e4r det var dags att skiva upp. En fluffig dekoration, inget annat. Sedan kom k\u00e5lboomen. Och trenden h\u00e4nger i. Ett s\u00e4tt att optimera doft och smak av jul mer koncentrerat utan att det blir f\u00f6r mycket p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir kanske en dag f\u00f6r <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/revbensspjall-julkryddiga\/\">de ljuvliga spj\u00e4llen<\/a>, en f\u00f6r<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/kramig-rodbetssill\/\"> r\u00f6dbetssill<\/a>, en f\u00f6r<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/stekt-inlagd-stromming-pa-julbordstoppen\/\"> stekt inlagd str\u00f6mming<\/a> och s\u00e5 vidare. K\u00f6ket ska dofta jul fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rsta advent till julafton. S\u00e5 f\u00e5r det bli och startar g\u00f6r vi med gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lssoppan.<\/p>\n<h2>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lssoppa med ch\u00e8vrekr\u00e4m<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>6 rej\u00e4la blad gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>2 potatisar<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 purjol\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>6 \u2013 7 dl kyckling-eller gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/p>\n<p>en nypa f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>svartpeppar<\/p>\n<h4>Ch\u00e8vrekr\u00e4m<\/h4>\n<p>1 \u2013 1 \u00bd dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/p>\n<p>100 g ch\u00e8vre<\/p>\n<h4>P\u00e5 toppen<\/h4>\n<p>T\u00e4rningar av stekt sidfl\u00e4sk eller bacon<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Repa bladen fr\u00e5n gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lens grova stam.<\/li>\n<li>Skala potatisen och skiva den tunt.<\/li>\n<li>Ansa och skiva purjo och vitl\u00f6k. Hetta upp olja i en kastrull och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken med potatis p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills den blir glansig.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 buljong och sjud potatisen n\u00e4stan helt klar. L\u00e4gg ner k\u00e5len och sm\u00e5koka cirka 5 min. K\u00e5len ska sjunka ihop och mjukna utan att tappa f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa soppan helt sl\u00e4t. Jag k\u00f6rde den i blender. Smaka av med salt, peppar och grovt st\u00f6tt f\u00e4nk\u00e5l. F\u00e4nk\u00e5l delar m\u00e4nskligheten i gillar \u2013 gillar inte. Jag \u00e4lskar, men den kan absolut uteslutas. Blir soppan f\u00f6r tjock kan den sp\u00e4das med lite extra buljong<\/li>\n<li>Mixa cr\u00e8me fraiche och ch\u00e8vre till en sl\u00e4t kr\u00e4m.<\/li>\n<li>Stek fl\u00e4skt\u00e4rningar.<\/li>\n<li>Servera soppan i sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar med en klick ch\u00e8vrekr\u00e4m och t\u00e4rningar av stekt fl\u00e4sk. Kanske blir det en v\u00f6rtbr\u00f6dsmacka till!?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l smakar inte som spenat, den \u00e4r tuffare, och blir inte lika mjuk om den tillagas snabbt. Strimla d\u00e4rf\u00f6r fint om du vill anv\u00e4nda den i pasta eller till <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/gronkalsgnocchi\/\">gnocchi som du hittar i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
