Vi bakar f\u00f6r gl\u00f6ggfest. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pestobabka, ett forml\u00e5n fr\u00e5n ett judiskt bakverk. Originalet \u00e4r ett s\u00f6tt bakverk fyllt av choklad. Oftast bakas det i form, men h\u00e4r sl\u00e4pper jag l\u00f6s degen och det \u00e4r j\u00e4sningen som avg\u00f6r hur det kommer se ut som gr\u00e4ddat.<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nker mig att man bryter, eller drar bort bitar fr\u00e5n br\u00f6det och att det inte spelar n\u00e5gon roll att det inte \u00e4r helt j\u00e4mt. Br\u00f6det ser avancerat ut, men \u00e4r faktisk enkelt.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett br\u00f6d som passar gl\u00f6ggminglet perfekt. Osten i peston g\u00f6r sig synnerligen v\u00e4l till den s\u00f6ta drycken. Mitt tips \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra det superenkelt och servera tunnskuren chark till. Till verket!<\/p>\n<h2>Pestobabka<\/h2>\n<p>25 g j\u00e4st<\/p>\n<p>5 dl kallt vatten<\/p>\n<p>1 msk honung<\/p>\n<p>1 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p>11 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/p>\n<p>1 \u2013 1 \u00bd dl pesto<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och blanda s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6ser sig.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt honung olja och salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 ett par dl mj\u00f6l och r\u00f6r eller k\u00f6r i beredare tills allt \u00e4r blandat. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6let och arbeta snabbt ihop till en deg. T\u00e4ck och st\u00e4ll att j\u00e4sa i kyl minst sex timmar, g\u00e4rna \u00e5tta.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. H\u00e4ll upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Kavla ut till en rektangel ungef\u00e4r stor som ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Bred p\u00e5 peston och rulla ihop degen som en rullt\u00e5rta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg rullen p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten d\u00e4r br\u00f6det ska gr\u00e4ddas. Dela rullen mitt itu p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden, men l\u00e5t den h\u00e4nga ihop med en liten kant i ena \u00e4nden. V\u00e4nd upp snittytorna och fl\u00e4ta ihop bitarna l\u00f6st. S\u00e4tt in pl\u00e5ten i ugnen och gr\u00e4dda 15 minuter innan du s\u00e4tter i spetsen av en ugnstermometer mitt i br\u00f6det. L\u00e4mna den inte ensam f\u00f6r f\u00f6rst h\u00e4nder ingenting, sedan h\u00e4nder ingenting och s\u00e5 pl\u00f6tsligt \u00e4r alltihop br\u00e4nt. Fr\u00f6na ska vara fint rostade och f\u00e5r d\u00e5 en helt annan smak \u00e4n de r\u00e4tt trista r\u00e5a. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg pinjen i matberedarens beh\u00e5llare tillsammans med basilika och olja. K\u00f6r tills du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med konsistensen.
