Dela i bitar.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp fett i en panna och ge kinderna en fin stekyta runtom. Bryn rotsaker och l\u00f6k innan allt l\u00e4ggs i en gryta. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin, fond och kryddor.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 125 grader. St\u00e4ll in grytan med locket p\u00e5 och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 tills kinderna \u00e4r m\u00f6ra. R\u00e4kna med att det tar 6 \u2013 8 timmar.<\/li>\n<li>Lyft k\u00f6ttet ur grytan och sila upp skyn i en ny kastrull. Koka ihop skyn till simmig konsistens. Smaka av med salt, peppar och eventuellt en nypa socker.<\/li>\n<li>Servera det m\u00f6ra k\u00f6ttet med skyn, rotsellerikr\u00e4m, stekt l\u00f6k och svamp.
