Vackra och med allt man kan \u00f6nska av en potatis.<\/p>\n<p>Nummer ett \u00e4r tusenbladspotatisen. Som en utveckling av klassikern Hasselbackare med l\u00f6vtunt skivad potatis. Just nu p\u00e5 familjens topplista.<\/p>\n<h2>Engelsk ugnsrostad potatis<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<p>900 g potatis, fast sort<\/p>\n<p>olja<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp en rej\u00e4l kastrull med saltat vatten. Skala potatisen och dela den i bitar.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r vattnet kokar l\u00e4ggs potatisen i och f\u00e5r koka 7 minuter. Under tiden sm\u00e4lter du en klick sm\u00f6r i en skv\u00e4tt olja.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av potatisen i durkslag och l\u00e5t den \u00e5nga en liten stund. L\u00e4gg tillbaka i kastrullen och skaka den rej\u00e4lt s\u00e5 att ytan p\u00e5 den f\u00f6rkokta potatisen krossas.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp i en form och rippla olja j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver. Lite salt p\u00e5 det och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut n\u00e4r potatisen \u00e4r mjuk rakt igenom med en gyllenbrun, knaprig yta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00e4rkligt gott med s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 medel.
