Och lite annat med f\u00f6r den delen, men h\u00e4r blir det potatis. \u00c5h, de d\u00e4r allra f\u00f6rsta sm\u00e5, sp\u00e4da kn\u00f6larna som kanske borde legat lite till, men som \u00e4nd\u00e5 fick komma upp och pryda middagsbordet till allas gl\u00e4dje. Idag \u00e4r det deras dag, och imorgon och dagen efter det\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge snyltar jag p\u00e5 andras odlingar. Men jag ligger bara steget efter. Mina blommar vackert i ljust lila. En sommarsort, Amandine, som borde ligga n\u00e5gra veckor efter de tidiga sorter jag satt, men s\u00e5h\u00e4r \u00e4r det att odla. De sena kom f\u00f6rst. Man blir \u00f6verraskad mest hela tiden.<\/p>\n<p>Lite gambling \u00e4r det att just nu med solstingsheta dagar och n\u00e4ra nollgradigt vissa n\u00e4tter. Jag har koll p\u00e5 min v\u00e4derapp och b\u00e4ddar varmt f\u00f6r den k\u00e4nsliga potatisblasten n\u00e4r nattemperaturen ser hotfullt l\u00e5g ut.<\/p>\n<p>Blasten f\u00f6rresten, ni vet v\u00e4l att den \u00e4r giftig? Det pratas s\u00e5 mycket om att vi ska anv\u00e4nda allt i p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsakerna, men det finns undantag och potatis \u00e4r ett av dem. Inget att \u00e4ta allts\u00e5, men mycket vackra. Ingen \u00e4r n\u00f6jdare \u00e4n jag f\u00f6r det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en tacksam r\u00e5vara med enorm potential att g\u00f6ra varje m\u00e5ltid till en fest. Sv\u00e5rt? Inte alls. Tips ett: Koka och servera med sm\u00f6r.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>N\u00e4r vi nu \u00e4nd\u00e5 pratar blast s\u00e5 vill jag till dagens r\u00e4tt tipsa om ett par smakm\u00e4ssigt outnyttjade l\u00f6kdelar. L\u00f6kblast! Vanlig gul eller r\u00f6dl\u00f6k \u00e4r mer \u00e4n bara l\u00f6ken. Blasten har fin mild smak och det blir supersnygga ringar om man skivar med vass kniv.<\/p>\n<p>En annan ingrediens vi anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r lite av \u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ksblommor. De har en mild, lite s\u00f6t smak av gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och s\u00e5 vackra till exempel i en potatissallad som den jag g\u00f6r h\u00e4r idag.<\/p>\n<p>Ytterligare ett tips \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda flera \u00f6rter till potatisen och g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon som \u00f6verraskar. Min sallad fick smak av l\u00f6kblast, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, dill och mynta. Inte f\u00f6r mycket mynta, bara s\u00e5 att man v\u00e4cker smakl\u00f6karna och fr\u00e5gan. Hm, vad \u00e4r det d\u00e4r? Mynta \u00e4r f\u00f6rresten engelsm\u00e4nnens favorit till potatis.<\/p>\n<p>Min potatissallad passar till mycket. Blir utm\u00e4rkt som bas och centrum p\u00e5 buff\u00e9bordet, men funkar ocks\u00e5 till grillat, till nystekt sommarabborre, eller g\u00f6s, till f\u00e4rsbiffar, till stekt korv, till en omelett eller varf\u00f6r inte bara som l\u00e4ttlunch tillsammans med \u00e4gghalvor.<\/p>\n<p>Dressingen ska ni absolut testa och l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 minnet. Den har vin\u00e4grettens ingredienser med ett litet till\u00e4gg av en tesked fransk senap. Ger bra smak och fantastisk kr\u00e4mig konsistens om man g\u00f6r s\u00e5sen med en stavmixer. Senapen binder olja och vin\u00e4ger till en majonn\u00e4sliknande kr\u00e4mig salladss\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Nu hyllar vi f\u00e4rskpotatisen och g\u00f6r en sallad!<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00e4rskpotatissallad (4-6 pers)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa finskivade r\u00e4disor<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, fint skivad<\/li>\n<li>1 dl finskruren l\u00f6kblast, eller gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och g\u00e4rna gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ksblommor<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill, finskuren<\/li>\n<li>10 finstrimlade myntablad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dressing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tsk senap, g\u00e4rna ljus fransk<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vin\u00e4ger, g\u00e4rna \u00e4ppelcider<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl olja, jag tog oliv<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salladskrydda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka potatisen i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten. L\u00e5t svalna tills ljummen. Blanda med r\u00e4disor, l\u00f6k, blast, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, dill och mynta.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka senapen i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin\u00e4ger, olja och salladskrydda. S\u00e4tt stavmixern i beh\u00e5llarens botten och k\u00f6r till en kr\u00e4mig s\u00e5s.<\/li>\n<li>Ringla dressingen \u00f6ver salladen och blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jag har k\u00f6rt lite buff\u00e9tema de senaste blogginl\u00e4ggen.
