Dragon \u00e4r en s\u00e5dan. De lansettlika bladen beh\u00f6ver lite hj\u00e4lp p\u00e5 traven f\u00f6r att leverera den d\u00e4r aromatiska, runda och mycket speciella dragonsmaken. Ett s\u00e4tt \u00e4r att torka dem, men jag v\u00e4ljer en annan v\u00e4g. \u00a0F\u00f6lj med in i dragonvin\u00e4gerns lilla paradis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Finhacka n\u00e5gra f\u00e4rska blad dragon och l\u00e4gg i s\u00e5sen.&#8221; Ingen ovanlig receptuppmaning. Men g\u00f6r ett test. Ta ett blad och smaka. R\u00e4tt skarpt och helt utan det som i min v\u00e4rld karakteriserar dragon. Det milda, runda n\u00e4stan lite parfymerade. Mycket speciell och fantastiskt god.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rsk dragon \u00e4r n\u00e5got helt annat och den beh\u00f6ver lite bearbetning f\u00f6r att komma till sin r\u00e4tt. Och det \u00e4r nu det ska g\u00f6ras. F\u00f6r ni odlar v\u00e4l dragon? Mycket l\u00e4ttodlad och man beh\u00f6ver ingen kolonilott f\u00f6r att lyckas, en kruka eller balkongl\u00e5da blir perfekt.<\/p>\n<p>Har du ingen dragon \u00e4r det bara att skaffa. Nu rear m\u00e5nga plantskolor sitt sortiment och man kan fynda. Men var noga n\u00e4r du v\u00e4ljer sort. Det finns tv\u00e5 och den ena \u00e4r st\u00e5tlig men v\u00e4rdel\u00f6s som krydda. Ofta kallas den f\u00f6r rysk dragon.<\/p>\n<p>Du vill ha den franska. Den brukar se r\u00e4tt liten och tanig ut, men d\u00f6ljer en smakexplosion. Och det kan vara bra att veta att den inte kan fr\u00f6s\u00e5s. Man m\u00e5ste skaffa en planta. De fr\u00f6er som s\u00e4ljs \u00e4r av den ryska varianten. Den blir som sagt stor och frodig men smakar inget j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med den till synes lite ynkliga, men aromatiska franska sorten.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1409\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1409\" style=\"width: 682px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2016\/07\/Dragonvinager-7-e1467891670280.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1409\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2016\/07\/Dragonvinager-7-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"dragonvin\u00e4ger, galleri\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1409\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">F\u00f6r att locka fram den fina aromatiska smaken och doften av dragon m\u00e5ste \u00f6rten f\u00e5 lite hj\u00e4lp p\u00e5 traven. En bra tork \u00e4r ett knep ett annat \u00e4r att l\u00e4gga in den i vin\u00e4ger.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Smaken kan man f\u00e5 fram genom att torka bladen. Lite sv\u00e5rt tycker jag. Mina blir mest som h\u00f6. Kanske beh\u00f6ver man n\u00e5gon form av tork? Vet n\u00e5gon?<\/p>\n<p>Jag l\u00e4gger ist\u00e4llet in dem. Urenkelt och resultatet blir de mest v\u00e4lsmakande dragonblad man kan t\u00e4nka och som bonus f\u00e5r du en underbar vin\u00e4ger att anv\u00e4nda i sm\u00e5 doser. I franska k\u00f6ket h\u00e5lls inl\u00e4ggningen h\u00f6gt och g\u00e5r under ben\u00e4mningen esdragon.<\/p>\n<p>Prova n\u00e5gra finhackade blad i en kyckliggryta. Dragon och k\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n ungt vilt till exempel \u00e4lg eller hjort \u00e4r magiskt. Detsamma g\u00e4ller kalvk\u00f6tt. Kombinationen \u00e4r klockren.<\/p>\n<p>Ett alternativ till att g\u00f6ra en st\u00f6rre inl\u00e4ggning f\u00f6r att kunna anv\u00e4nda bladen \u00e4r att bara smaks\u00e4tta vin\u00e4gern. Stick ner en eller ett par kvistar i en vin\u00e4gerflaska och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 ett par veckor innan den anv\u00e4nds. Vin\u00e4gern b\u00f6r t\u00e4cka dragonen helt.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r i grilltider. Ni vet v\u00e4l att dragonvin\u00e4ger och finhackade blad av den inlagda \u00e4r den absoluta boosten till egen bearnaise.<\/p>\n<h3>Och det \u00e4r verkligen hur enkelt som helst. Repa blad av fransk dragon, l\u00e4gg i en absolut ren burk och t\u00e4ck med vin\u00e4ger. Klart! Jag anv\u00e4nder \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger f\u00f6r att jag \u00e4lskar den milda smaken, men annars \u00e4r vitvinsvin\u00e4ger det vanliga.<\/h3>\n<p>Smaken mognar och den beh\u00f6ver ett par veckor p\u00e5 sig f\u00f6r att utvecklas helt. S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge vin\u00e4gern t\u00e4cker bladen h\u00e5ller den fint. Jag har haft burkar som st\u00e5tt s\u00e4kert ett halv\u00e5r innan de sista bladen slunkit ner i en s\u00e5s.
