I alla fall h\u00e4r i landets norra del av de s\u00f6dra landskapen. Vi satsar p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra utedagar. Svampplock, sensommarbad, kolonilottsk\u00f6rd och grillat! H\u00e4r serveras ett smakrikt men neutralt kryddsm\u00f6r som passar det mesta p\u00e5 grillen, k\u00f6tt fisk och gr\u00f6nt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r bara n\u00e5gra dagar sedan stod jag och fingrade fr\u00e5gande p\u00e5 sommarkl\u00e4derna. Kyliga mornar fick de d\u00e4r tunna kl\u00e4nningarna att k\u00e4nnas helt pass\u00e9. Men idag kan inget vara mer r\u00e4tt. Det \u00e4r galet och alldeles underbart varmt igen.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nker ta varje chans att njuta sommar ett par dagar och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r dukas middagsbordet ute. Ett enkelt grilltema. Jag gillar enkelt n\u00e4r det kommer till grillat. Ytterst s\u00e4llan marinad eller glaze, oftast letar jag efter allra b\u00e4sta r\u00e5varan och litar p\u00e5 att den och r\u00e4tta gl\u00f6den g\u00f6r jobbet.<\/p>\n<p>Vi kommer att k\u00f6ra en fin k\u00f6ttbit, det blir \u00e4lgbiff, men sj\u00e4lvklart kan man anv\u00e4nda annat k\u00f6tt. Biff av n\u00f6t, entrecote, en kotlett fr\u00e5n v\u00e4nligt omh\u00e4ndertagna grisar, eller ja, du v\u00e4ljer. Och varf\u00f6r bara k\u00f6tt? Fisk g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n<p>Och gr\u00f6nsaker s\u00e5klart. M\u00e5nga passar fint p\u00e5 grillen. Nu \u00e4r rotfrukterna sp\u00e4da och underbara. Perfekt till det grillade k\u00f6ttet, till fisken och inte minst till alla de fina nysk\u00f6rdade gr\u00f6nsakerna!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mitt enda tips om sj\u00e4lva grillningen idag \u00e4r en temperaturuppmaning: H\u00e5ll koll! R\u00e4tt innertemperatur \u00e4r b\u00e4sta ingrediensen. En digital termometer \u00e4r en god investering. Och vad \u00e4r r\u00e4tt temp d\u00e5? \u00a0Sv\u00e5rt, det \u00e4r s\u00e5 individuellt fr\u00e5n person till person men om vi satsar p\u00e5 medium f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag det h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<h3>Innertemperatur &#8211; medium<\/h3>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r ryggbitar som biff, entrecote eller fil\u00e9 av \u00e4lg, hjort eller n\u00f6t: \u00a057 grader<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r fisk: 56 grader<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gon kommer trots allt att tycka att det \u00e4r f\u00f6r blodigt och n\u00e5gonannan s\u00e4ger, alldeles f\u00f6r tillagat. Men s\u00e5h\u00e4r ser mitt medium ut. F\u00f6r att hitta din perfekta innertemperatur p\u00e5 det grillade \u00a0\u00e4r det god id\u00e9 att h\u00e5lla stenkoll ett par g\u00e5nger. M\u00e4t verkligen och k\u00e4nn efter: mer eller mindre?<\/p>\n<p>Till dagens grillmiddag g\u00f6r jag ett smakrikt sm\u00f6r. Inga konstigheter, f\u00e5 ingredienser, men med ett smakregister som matchar hettan b\u00e5de i sommarkv\u00e4llen och i nygrillat. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Grillsm\u00f6r f\u00f6r sensommarkv\u00e4ll (4pers)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 riven eller pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>rivet skal fr\u00e5n \u00bd ekologisk citron, ev n\u00e5gra droppar citronsaft<\/li>\n<li>1 liten n\u00e4ve finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k eller l\u00f6kblast<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa finskuren dill<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda alla ingredienserna. Vill du st\u00e4rka citronk\u00e4nslan ut\u00f6ver cesten kan du droppa i en aning av saften, Smaka av med salt. Ett precis lagom anstr\u00e4ngande recept f\u00f6r tropisk v\u00e4rme!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Matsamtal \u00e4r mycket v\u00e4lkommet!
