En liten grimas. Syrligt och gott. Sommarsmaker som r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4r, krusb\u00e4r och rabarber. Fr\u00e5n buskarna plockar jag i mig utan att tveka, men n\u00e4r de ska serveras vid bordet beh\u00f6vs n\u00e5got som mildrar. En kr\u00e4m kanske? En kallvispad vaniljkr\u00e4m. Fluffigt luftl\u00e4tt och prickig av de svarta vaniljkornen. Japp s\u00e5 f\u00e5r det bli!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Har du den allra minsta vurm f\u00f6r de vaniljvispvarianter som finns att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdiga s\u00e5 f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag du testar den h\u00e4r. Vispa ska man ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r banne mig inte mycket kr\u00e5ngligare men o\u00e4ndligt mycket godare.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det den d\u00e4r k\u00e4nslan av att veta precis vad man stoppar i sig. Doften av \u00e4kta vanilj n\u00e4r du delar st\u00e5ngen och skrapar ur kornen. R\u00e5kr\u00e4men matchar de syrliga b\u00e4ren. Till paj och dessert.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag serverar r\u00e5kr\u00e4men till paj. Den \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare \u00e4n kokt vaniljs\u00e5s och passar sommark\u00f6ket. Den passar ocks\u00e5 bra till den allra enklaste desserten som bara kan best\u00e5 av lite plockade b\u00e4r och den fluffiga kr\u00e4men. Och har du dessutom en liten god kaka att grovkrossa och servera till blir det helt perfekt.<\/p>\n<p>Av den urskrapade vaniljst\u00e5ngen som blir kvar kan du g\u00f6ra eget vaniljsocker. \u00c4r det bara et doft du vill \u00e5t s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker det att l\u00e4gga st\u00e5ngen i en burk med socker. Mer smak f\u00e5r du genom att mixa st\u00e5ngen tillsammans med ett par dl socker. Mixa tre minuter sila sockret och mixa igen en kort stund. F\u00f6rvara i luftt\u00e4t burk.<\/p>\n<p>Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5. Till verket:<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e5kr\u00e4m &#8211; en vaniljdr\u00f6m<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4ggulor (Du kan frysa vitorna till en mar\u00e4ng vid annat tillf\u00e4lle)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Dela vaniljst\u00e5ngen och skrapa ur den.. L\u00e4gg vanilj, \u00e4ggulor och socker i en sk\u00e5l. Vispa till sockret l\u00f6st sig och du har en stabil kr\u00e4m.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa gr\u00e4dden. V\u00e4nd ihop gr\u00e4dde och \u00e4ggsmet. Arbeta f\u00f6rsiktigt, inget vispa bara v\u00e4nda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rdigt. Sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte att f\u00e5 den allra mest perfekta hemmagjorda vaniljvispen.<\/p>\n<p>Kanske har du matfr\u00e5gor eller id\u00e9er och tips att dela.
