Vi konstaterar att den \u00e4r b\u00e4st. Bl\u00e5b\u00e4rspajen som h\u00e4ngt med genom hela mitt vuxna liv. N\u00e4r vi tillsammans planerar olika m\u00e5ltider, fest eller vardag s\u00e5 hamnar vi ofta d\u00e4r. Till dessert blir det Ninis paj, eller hur?!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag \u00e5t den var jag r\u00e4tt nerv\u00f6s. Det \u00e4r o\u00e4ndligt l\u00e4nge sedan i ett stort hus utanf\u00f6r Sunne i V\u00e4rmland. Nini bj\u00f6d. Ps mamma. Min blivande sv\u00e4rmor. Inte visste vi d\u00e5 att vi skulle f\u00e5 en s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng historia ihop. Decennier faktiskt med m\u00e5nga berg och dalar, men alltid flankerade av den h\u00e4r f\u00f6rsonande pajen.<\/p>\n<p>Och den sprider sig. Nu n\u00e4r alla mina fem barn, hennes barnbarn, \u00e4ter tillsammans blir det paj b\u00e5de till midsommar och julafton. Jag gillar den b\u00e4st med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, men andra b\u00e4r g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt. Hallon \u00e4r gott eller vinb\u00e4r, eller en blandning.<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e4r snabb och fasligt enkel. K\u00e4nns mycket mer arbetad \u00e4n den \u00e4r. Den ligger helt enkelt 1a p\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4rspajtoppen . Och placeringen \u00e4r helt ohottad.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Idag har jag en mycket liten pojke p\u00e5 min arm. Han sl\u00e5r uppgivet ut med h\u00e4nderna, l\u00e4gger huvudet p\u00e5 sned och kommenterar l\u00e4get: \u201dSluut!\u201d. D\u00e5 skrattar hans mamma: \u201dDet \u00e4r lika bra att du v\u00e4njer dig min \u00e4lskling f\u00f6r s\u00e5 \u00e4r det med Ninis paj, alltid slut n\u00e4stan innan den hamnat p\u00e5 bordet.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4ra Nini, nu \u00e4r du inte l\u00e4ngre med h\u00e4r, men pajen finns kvar och \u00e4nnu en generation \u00e4r introducerad. Ditt barnbarnsbarn har sagt sitt. Den ligger fortfarande kvar, orubbad som 1a p\u00e5 pajtoppen.<\/p>\n<p>Till pajen serverar vi ofta en kallvispad vaniljkr\u00e4m. F\u00e4rska eller frysta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l, socker salt och bakpulver i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver sm\u00f6ret. V\u00e4nd snabbt ihop till en j\u00e4mn fast smet.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg smeten, eller degen i en pajform och tryck ut den i formen med en sked. Det brukar vara mycket enkelt och se till att smeten g\u00e5r upp en bit p\u00e5 kanterna. Titta p\u00e5 bilden s\u00e5 blir det tydligt.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll b\u00e4ren i ett j\u00e4mnt lager \u00f6ver och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. Efter ca 25 minuter \u00e4r det klart. Kanterna ska f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg och b\u00e4ren ska bubbla lite hemtrevligt. H\u00e5l koll f\u00f6r det d\u00e4r med minuter \u00e4r lite vanskligt.
