Jag bor vid en vacker \u00f6rtag\u00e5rd med ett sanit\u00e4rt problem. F\u00f6reningens aktivaste medlem ropar in mig: \u201dVi har f\u00f6r mycket \u00e4pplen. De t\u00e4cker marken. Sn\u00e4lla plocka!\u201d Och jag tar henne p\u00e5 orden. Det blir paj och mos, en paj till och \u00e4nnu en. En ren r\u00e4ddningsaktion!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Min lilla stad. Som jag motstr\u00e4vigt l\u00e4rt mig att tycka s\u00e5 mycket om. Jag som trott mig vara antingen storstadsbo eller riktig lantis. Den h\u00e4r mittemellan tillvaron har inte varit ett alternativ. Eller s\u00e5 har jag trott. Nu njuter jag av f\u00f6rdelarna. Till exempel den att frukt som blir \u00f6ver i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdarna frikostigt delas ut.<\/p>\n<p>Det st\u00e5r l\u00e5dor, hinkar och p\u00e5sar med frukt b\u00e5de h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r. Var s\u00e5 god! s\u00e4ger sm\u00e5 handskrivna lappar och jag som inga egna tr\u00e4d har frossar. Vidga n\u00e4sborrarna och blunda, f\u00f6r det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en otroligt god \u00e4ppelpaj!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00c4n \u00e4r det sommar och jag har inga planer p\u00e5 att l\u00e4mna den bakom mig p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge, men det \u00e4r n\u00e5got med ljuset ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4r solen skiner. Med f\u00e4rgen p\u00e5 himlen och med morgonens dis \u00f6ver kanalen. De svala matr\u00e4tterna f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna varvas med varma. Och d\u00e5 \u00e4r paj perfekt.<\/p>\n<p>En nygr\u00e4ddad, kanel- och kardemummadoftande \u00e4ppelpaj. Jag har en favorit. Den godaste pajen, inte konstfullt vacker, men doften! Vem bryr sig om sk\u00f6nhet? Receptet \u00e4r en variant p\u00e5 ett recept, som var en variant av ett recept som ingen s\u00e4kert vet var det kom fr\u00e5n. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 det ska g\u00e5 till. L\u00e5t dig inspireras och g\u00f6r maten till din.<\/p>\n<p>Inte alla, men m\u00e5nga recept \u00e4r till\u00e5tande. Det spelar inte s\u00e5 stor roll om man \u00e4ndrar i dem. Och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett av dem. L\u00e4gg till eller dra ifr\u00e5n efter eget behag. S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag min:<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c4ppel, p\u00e4ppel \u2013 godaste pajen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g (8 sm\u00e5) ansade \u00e4pplen<\/li>\n<li>150 g mandel<\/li>\n<li>100 g socker<\/li>\n<li>75 g vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>125 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk grovkrossade kardemummafr\u00f6n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Best\u00e4m sj\u00e4lv om du vill skala \u00e4pplena eller inte. Skalar du kanske det beh\u00f6vs ett extra \u00e4pple. K\u00e4rnhusen ska bort och \u00e4pplena ska skivas mycket tunt. L\u00e4gg dem i en l\u00e4tt sm\u00f6rad form<\/li>\n<li>Plocka fram matberedaren och k\u00f6r f\u00f6rst mandel och socker till smulor. Inte f\u00f6r fint, det f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna finnas lite n\u00f6tcrunch kvar. L\u00e4gg i mj\u00f6l, kuber av sm\u00f6ret, kanel och kardemumma. K\u00f6r ihop smeten snabbt.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela smeten genom att smula den \u00f6ver \u00e4pplena. St\u00e4ll pajen i ugnen och h\u00e5ll koll. R\u00e4kna med att den \u00e4r klar efter tjugofem minuter men var beredd att s\u00e4nka v\u00e4rmen n\u00e5got och att eventuellt skydda ytan med en folie.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4pplena ska vara helt mjuka och n\u00e4stan lite mosiga. Och ytan ska vara kryddigt, n\u00f6tkn\u00e4ckig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servera g\u00e4rna pajen med glass eller r\u00e5kr\u00e4m,en sorts \u00a0\u00e4kta, hemmagjord vaniljvisp.
