N\u00e5gra \u00e4pplen, en n\u00e4ve n\u00f6tter, sm\u00f6r, socker, havregryn och kanel. S\u00e5nt man oftast har hemma. Var och en goda f\u00f6r sig, men inte s\u00e4rskilt m\u00e4rkv\u00e4rdiga. Men i kombination och med r\u00e4tt teknik. P\u00e5 bara n\u00e5gra minuter f\u00f6rvandlade till en kanondessert!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag gillar n\u00e4r det enklaste visar sig vara s\u00e5 mycket mer. Det handlar bara om att hitta r\u00e4tta s\u00e4ttet. Frukostgr\u00f6tens havregryn blir n\u00e5got helt annat tillsammans med nya ingredienser i ett nytt sammanhang.<\/p>\n<p>Jag och desserter. Ja ni vet, det \u00e4r egentligen inte min starkaste sida. Men med m\u00e5nga ungar i huset s\u00e5 finns det \u00f6nskem\u00e5l och jag \u00e4r inte om\u00f6jlig att \u00f6vertala. Klart att vi ordnar n\u00e5got!<\/p>\n<p>Grunden att bygga v\u00e5r efterr\u00e4tt runt \u00e4r en l\u00e5da b\u00e4ttre vaniljglass. De svarta kornen skvallrar om att det \u00e4r \u00e4kta vara och nu \u00e4r fr\u00e5gan vad det blir till. \u00c4ppelpaj tar f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng tid. Det ska helst g\u00e5 fort.<\/p>\n<p>Jag skickar ett par l\u00f6pare ner till v\u00e5r granne \u00f6rtag\u00e5rden f\u00f6r att plocka \u00e4pplen. De har f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga och v\u00e4djar om hj\u00e4lp att b\u00e4rga sk\u00f6rden.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden letar jag i sk\u00e5pen och plockar fram enkla ingredienser. Uppradade p\u00e5 k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nken ser det inte ut som stundande magi, men efter m\u00f6tet med v\u00e4rmen i en stekpanna har det skett ett f\u00f6rvandlingsnummer.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1726\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1726\" style=\"width: 682px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2016\/08\/Appeldessert-6-e1472374222400.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1726\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2016\/08\/Appeldessert-6-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\u00e4ppeldessert, galleri\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1726\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Det beh\u00f6vs s\u00e5 lite f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got riktigt gott. Det knapriga n\u00f6tcruncet, heta kaneldoftande \u00e4pplen och kall glass. Kan inte bli fel!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Innan vi k\u00f6r hela receptet kommer en liten n\u00f6tparentes. Jag anv\u00e4nde hasseln\u00f6tter och startade med att rosta dem f\u00f6r sig. Det \u00e4r inte alls n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt, men vill man bli av med det tunna bruna h\u00f6ljet som omsluter n\u00f6tk\u00e4rnan kan man g\u00f6ra s\u00e5h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en stekpanna. L\u00e5t de rostas medan du d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 skakar p\u00e5 pannan. De ska inte ligga l\u00e4nge, det r\u00e4cker att de f\u00e5r en aning f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t svalna och gnugga sedan n\u00f6tterna i en ren handduk s\u00e5 ramlar skalen av.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00f6tcrunch och \u00e4ppelfr\u00e4s (4 pers)<\/h2>\n<h4>N\u00f6tcrunch<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>2 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00c4ppelfr\u00e4s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>6 sm\u00e5 \u00e4pplen<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tsk kanel, eller mer du best\u00e4mmer din kanelgr\u00e4ns<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk socker<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6r att steka i<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Vaniljglass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 sockret som f\u00e5r sm\u00e4lta p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt svag v\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka n\u00f6tterna grovt. R\u00f6r i dem tillsammans med havregrynen. Och s\u00e5 ska det st\u00e5 en stund. V\u00e4nd runt varsamt i pannan d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Inget ska bli brynt. Det vitiga \u00e4r att sockret sm\u00e4lter och kommer \u00e5t \u00f6verallt.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp f\u00f6r att svalna. Nu \u00e4r det \u00e4pplenas tur. Skala om du vill, jag beh\u00f6ll skalet men k\u00e4rnade ur och skar i tunna klyftor. Stek i sm\u00f6r med kanel och lite socker.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r n\u00f6tblandningen svalnat har sockret stelnat och blandningen blir trivsamt knastrig att tugga p\u00e5.
