Han h\u00f6rs faktiskt redan nere fr\u00e5n gatan. Vi bor p\u00e5 andra v\u00e5ningen, men ingenting \u00e4r som kraften i den hoppfulla r\u00f6sten hos en hungrig 15-\u00e5ring. D\u00f6rren \u00e5ker upp p\u00e5 vid gavel: \u201dMamma, vet du vad vi missat?! Internationella pizzadagen!!\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hur kunde jag? N\u00e5ja, det g\u00e5r att ta igen. Jag t\u00e4nker blogg, och bilder. N\u00e5got viltk\u00f6tt, kantareller, och en aning krossade enb\u00e4r. Timjan absolut och v\u00e4sterbottenost. Cr\u00e9me fraiche funkar det tro? Min alldeles egen vintersallat ska absolut med p\u00e5 ett h\u00f6rn. Och&#8230;ja, n\u00e5gonstans d\u00e4r blir jag avbruten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allt \u00e4r redan framplockat och inte alls enligt min plan. Han liksom studsar upp och ner p\u00e5 st\u00e4llet: \u201d Jag tog bacon ocks\u00e5.!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I min bloggid\u00e9 finns en ambition att vara autentisk. Jag vill att det ska k\u00e4nnas \u00e4kta. Jag har liksom en seri\u00f6s tanke. Jag vill ge k\u00e4nslan av skog, av det n\u00e4rodlade, det n\u00e4rh\u00e4mtade. Den planen finns kvar, men redan en aning reviderad. Vad \u00e4r v\u00e4l mer \u00e4kta \u00e4n en hungrig unge? Han struntar blankt i varifr\u00e5n osten kommer och om f\u00e4rsen \u00e4r \u00e4lg eller hjort. Han vill ha mat och idag \u00e4r det hans dag. Hans pizzadag.<\/p>\n<p>Han har gjort helt andra ingrediensval \u00e4n jag, men faktiskt inte s\u00e5 dumma alls. Dessutom h\u00e5ller han <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/algfarsbiff-med-citrontwist\/\">mitt f\u00e4rstema.<\/a> S\u00e5 h\u00e4r kommer den, ton\u00e5rspojkens pizza. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 mj\u00f6l och salt. Blanda degen med k\u00f6ksmaskin minst tio minuter. L\u00e4gg den i bunke eller tr\u00e5g, l\u00e4gg en handduk \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek.<\/li>\n<li>Bryn f\u00e4rsen i en panna. Klicka i tomatpur\u00e9n som f\u00e5r fr\u00e4sa med en kort stund. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomater, vitl\u00f6k, balsamvin\u00e4ger, fond och socker. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen puttra p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tio minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar innan den l\u00e4mnas att sm\u00e5puttra ytterligare tio minuter.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Skala l\u00f6ken innan du sk\u00e4r den och paprikan i tunna ringar. Halvera tomaterna . L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t, ringla lite olivolja och salt \u00f6ver. Blanda om och rosta till fin f\u00e4rg i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Stek baconet gyllenbrunt och knaprigt.<\/li>\n<li>Ta fram den j\u00e4sta degen och kavla ut den till en tunn rundel med en aning tjockare kant. L\u00e4gg degen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och bred k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsr\u00f6ran \u00f6ver. F\u00f6rdela mozzarellan \u00f6ver f\u00e4rsen.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00f6j ugnstemperaturen till 250 grader och skjuts in med pizzan.
