I alla fall n\u00e4r det kommer till socker. Socker \u00e4r knepigt, s\u00e4rskilt i kombination med v\u00e4rme. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got med kemin i det d\u00e4r som inte riktigt vill sig. Men jag blir b\u00e4ttre och idag kommer ett sockerprov i form av n\u00f6tkrokant. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det finns en tanke med krokanten. Jag t\u00e4nker mig att den kan passa fint till glassen jag tipsade om h\u00e4romdagen. Den superenkla bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsglassen. Kr\u00e4mig och ljuvlig p\u00e5 bara tre ingredienser. Kika g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 det inl\u00e4gget <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/blabarsglass-superenkel-gudomlig\/\">h\u00e4r<\/a>. Tillsammans kan de bli en r\u00e4tt skaplig dessert.<\/p>\n<p>Vill man inte g\u00f6ra den s\u00e5 kan man ta vilken annan glass som helst som beh\u00f6ver ett lite knaprigt s\u00e4llskap. Krokant ska n\u00e4mligen vara h\u00e5rd och kunna krossas till skillnad fr\u00e5n kola som har liknande ingredienser. Krokanten blir verkligen en perfekt kontrast till den mjuka, kalla glassen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r man inte alls p\u00e5 glasshum\u00f6r s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju l\u00f6rdag idag. S\u00e4ger inget mer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1879\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1879\" style=\"width: 682px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2016\/09\/Notkrokant-8-e1474711563712.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1879\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2016\/09\/Notkrokant-8-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"n\u00f6tkrokant\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1879\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">S\u00f6tsaker, inte min mest st\u00f6rsta talang i k\u00f6ket. Men jag blir b\u00e4ttre. Det knastrar precis som det ska om krokanten och den har en fin smak av n\u00f6tter, lite kolatoner och en aning kanel. Gott till glass eller bara att knapra p\u00e5.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt att inte ens jag kan misslyckas.\u00a0\u00a0 Men s\u00e5klart \u00e4r inte receptet mitt utan v\u00e4nnen Finas. L\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Finas n\u00f6tkrokant<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>25 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>100 g ljus sirap<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl brunt socker, r\u00f6rsocker, farinsocker, eller ljust muscovadosocker<\/li>\n<li>1 krm kanel<\/li>\n<li>125 g grovt hackade hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg sm\u00f6r, sirap och socker i en kastrull. Sjud i fem minuter. Helst utan att r\u00f6ra f\u00f6r mycket eftersom sockret d\u00e5 kan kristallisera sig och krokanten f\u00e5r en smulig konsistens ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att bli glasklar och stenh\u00e5rd.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt kanel och n\u00f6tter. Sjud ytterligare ca 4 minuter innan du h\u00e4ller upp smeten p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Vill dy ha den i j\u00e4mna bitar ska den sk\u00e4ras innan den stelnat, annars v\u00e4ntar du till det blir en blank h\u00e5rd kaka som kan brytas eller krossas i lagom stora bitar att servera exempelvis till glass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Har du n\u00e5got fiffigt mattips att dela?
