Allts\u00e5 den f\u00e4rgen! Jag kan inte f\u00e5 nog. Utsidans blanka veck. Och insidans makal\u00f6sa m\u00f6nster. Ljudet n\u00e4r man sk\u00e4r genom ett alldeles nysk\u00f6rdat k\u00e5lhuvud. \u00d6ronbed\u00f6vande vackert. Och smaken! Inte visste jag att r\u00f6dk\u00e5l \u00e4r n\u00e5got av det sinnligaste man kan t\u00e4nka. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag har ett nytt liv. Ett odlarliv som ger det jag l\u00e4gger upp p\u00e5 min stora k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nk en personlighet. R\u00f6dk\u00e5len som ligger d\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gon. Vi har en l\u00e5ng, gemensam historia. Vi har k\u00e4mpat mot k\u00e5lmal och sniglar. Besegrat torka. Jag har g\u00f6dslat, t\u00e4ckt och pysslat. Och s\u00e5 bel\u00f6ningen n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4nder hem med tyngden av nysk\u00f6rdat i h\u00e4nderna.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e5lbergen jag passerar i aff\u00e4ren k\u00e4nns p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt anonyma, vilsna och heml\u00f6sa. Men jag vet, alla har inte egen jordlott att odla och d\u00e5 funkar adoption precis lika bra. K\u00e5len \u00e4r enast\u00e5ende hursomhelst. Funkar b\u00e5de varm och kall. Kan serveras frisk, krispig och syrlig eller varm, kryddig och mustig. Hur man \u00e4n g\u00f6r \u00e4r det en snygging. Och s\u00e4kert en boost f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan. Ibland f\u00e5r den ist\u00e4llet s\u00e4llskap av en klick majonn\u00e4s och genast har man en kr\u00e4mig coleslaw att se fram emot.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r enkelt. Det \u00e4r nyttigt. Det \u00e4r vardag. Det \u00e4r fantastiskt gott och dessutom har vi snyggbonusen. Jag t\u00e4nker att ni h\u00f6ftar och g\u00f6r lite som ni vill, men ok d\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r 100 g per person. \u00d6vriga ingredienser g\u00f6r du som du vill med. Mycket eller lite \u00e4r upp till dig. Strimlar du riktigt tunt s\u00e5 f\u00f6rsvinner en del av krispet, men salladen blir saftigare.<\/p>\n<p>Dressingen \u00e4r r\u00e4tt senapsstark. Jag h\u00e4ller alla ingredienserna i beh\u00e5llaren till stavmixern. K\u00f6r mixern och f\u00e5r en kr\u00e4mig konsistens. Tycker du att det blir f\u00f6r starkt s\u00e5 funkar det fint att blanda i lite grekisk yoghurt. \u00a0Vill du ha ett alternativ som \u00e4r ljuvligt till pulled pork till stekt korv, hamburgare, f\u00e4rsbiffar eller panerad fisk kan du ist\u00e4llet blanda med lite majonn\u00e4s f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en coleslaw. Recept p\u00e5 en urgod majonn\u00e4s som du g\u00f6r p\u00e5 15 sekunder har du i inl\u00e4gget <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/majonnas\/\">h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hur ser din vardagssallad ut?
