S\u00e5 simpelt att man inte t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 det. Att bara l\u00e4gga in n\u00e5got i ugnen utan en enda krydda och l\u00e4mna det d\u00e4r i flera timmar. Kan det verkligen vara en god matlagningsid\u00e9?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Och om man dessutom v\u00e4ljer en r\u00e4tt grov inte alls s\u00e4rskilt insmickrande r\u00e5vara som rotselleri? Inget man omedelbart jublar \u00f6ver, men jag lovar. Michelinstj\u00e4rnan som lyser \u00f6ver hennes arbete \u00e4r ett bevis p\u00e5 kreativ genialitet. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r bra!\u00a0Vi tr\u00e4ffades en dag i hennes resturangk\u00f6k och hade egentligen ett vildsvin i fokus, men till de olika viltr\u00e4tterna som hon skapat f\u00f6r j\u00e4garen och hemmakocken serverade hon urenkelt tillagade och fantastiskt goda gr\u00f6nsaker. Bland annat den h\u00e4r rotsellerin. S\u00e5h\u00e4r s\u00e4ger hon om tv\u00e5 av dagens huvudingredienser.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;<strong>Jag \u00e4lskar verkligen mitt arbete. Tycker aldrig att det \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt att st\u00e5 i k\u00f6ket. Det \u00e4r kreativt, det \u00e4r action och det \u00e4r sinnligt. Man m\u00e5ste vara p\u00e5 och uppm\u00e4rksam. Inte l\u00e5ta ett sinne lura ett annat. Hade jag l\u00e5tit \u00f6gat r\u00e5da s\u00e5 hade varken rotsellerin eller vildsvinet haft en chans. Placera i en ugnsfast form och baka i ugn p\u00e5 170\u00b0 ca 3 timmar tills genombakad, prova med potatissticka n\u00e4r den k\u00e4nns mjuk rakt igenom men desto l\u00e4ngre den f\u00e5r bakas desto smarrigare blir den.<\/li>\n<li>B\u00e5de s\u00f6tma och syrlighet framtr\u00e4der b\u00e4ttre desto mer den tillagas. Dela sellerin i klyftor och ringla \u00f6ver olivolja och salt. Tips f\u00f6r att korta tillagningstiden \u00e4r att dela sellerin p\u00e5 mitten och baka med snittytan ned\u00e5t mot pl\u00e5ten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rotselleri f\u00f6rresten.
