Tunnbr\u00f6d, ropar den. Varma, doftande tunnbr\u00f6d med en klick sm\u00f6r som sm\u00e4lter! Och barnen st\u00e4mmer in i k\u00f6ren. Det \u00e4r bara att h\u00e4nga p\u00e5. Farmors tunnbr\u00f6d, v\u00e4sterbottensroten och ungarna i samst\u00e4mmig uppmaning. Jag \u00e4r p\u00e5! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Farmor ja, min fina farmor fr\u00e5n en annan tid. Fr\u00e5n en annan tradition. Allt gjorde hon sj\u00e4lv. Torkade, saftade, syltade, odlade, styckade, saltade, lade in, bakade, slaktade. Hon kokade egna karameller, r\u00f6da och gr\u00f6na, och stickade alla barnbarnen lovikavantar.<\/p>\n<p>Mina kvarter, de jag trampade som liten, l\u00e5g i storstaden. I en tjusig stadsdel. En helt annan v\u00e4rld fr\u00e5n farmors lilla hus i J\u00f6rn. Hon visste mycket v\u00e4l att vi hade det bra. Att vi inget saknade och \u00e4nd\u00e5 delade hon allt sitt med oss. Hon skickade oss delar av sin v\u00e4rld. Jag t\u00e4nker att det m\u00e5ste tagit henne m\u00e5nga m\u00e5nader att f\u00e5 allt f\u00e4rdigt.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e5ng om \u00e5ret \u00e5kte vi dit. Pappa lite motstr\u00e4vigt. Dunket av natt\u00e5get. Norrsken. Sn\u00f6vallar s\u00e5 h\u00f6ga att de skymde all utsikt. Och s\u00e5 Farmor. V\u00e4rmen i k\u00f6ket. Vedspisens knaster. Bakugnen, tunnbr\u00f6det och det sm\u00e4ltande sm\u00f6ret.<\/p>\n<p>Allt det d\u00e4r \u00e4r borta. Men kanske \u00e4nd\u00e5 att den d\u00e4r roten \u00e4r fastare f\u00f6rankrad \u00e4n jag tidigare trott. Min lust att g\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv \u00f6kar. Jag vill ocks\u00e5 odla min mat. Varmt br\u00f6d med sm\u00e4ltande sm\u00f6r, ja det \u00e4r absolut gott. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Tunnbr\u00f6d f\u00f6r stekpanna (12 st)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd l mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 msk sirap<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc ptk j\u00e4st (12,5 g)<\/li>\n<li>8 dl vetemj\u00f6l (byt ev. 1 dl vetemj\u00f6l mot grahamsmj\u00f6l)<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl r\u00e5gsikt<\/li>\n<li>\u00be tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>2 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk hjorthornssalt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk br\u00f6dkrydda, (mald anis, kummin och f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lk och sirap. R\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i sm\u00f6rblandningen som inte f\u00e5r ha en h\u00f6gre temperatur \u00e4n 37 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda de torra ingredienserna som sedan r\u00f6rs ner i v\u00e4tskan lite i taget. Jag k\u00f6r i maskin, men den h\u00e4r degen beh\u00f6ver inte blandas l\u00e4nge .<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk en timma. Dela degen i tolv bitar. Kavla ut s\u00e5 tunna, fina rundlar du kan.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp en stekpanna och gr\u00e4dda br\u00f6den utan fett ett par minuter per sida.
