S\u00e4lta, s\u00f6tma, syra och umami i koncentration. Till detta adderas hetta och intensiva smaker fr\u00e5n vitl\u00f6k och ingef\u00e4ra. Wow, inte en smakl\u00f6k f\u00e5r vila. Och det \u00e4r sk\u00f6nt att veta exakt vad man stoppar i familj och v\u00e4nner. Ingenting d\u00f6ljer sig bakom E-nummer och beteckningar man m\u00e5ste googla f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De flesta matlagare har ett par, tre r\u00e4tter f\u00f6r dagar utan inspiration. N\u00e4r k\u00f6ket k\u00e4nns lite trist. N\u00e4r man har br\u00e5ttom. N\u00e4r man k\u00e4nner sig h\u00e4ngig och id\u00e9fattig. Alla vet, vi har varit d\u00e4r. Och hur det \u00e4n \u00e4r s\u00e5 kommer ropet: Vad blir det till middag?<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4mtmat, visst, men jag har ett par st\u00e5ende alternativ f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana dagar. Doft och intensiva smaker kommer fr\u00e5n krydds\u00e5s med schysta ingredienser.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Det bygger p\u00e5 mycket smak. Och p\u00e5 schyssta r\u00e5varor. Jag g\u00f6r en krydds\u00e5s som h\u00e4lls \u00f6ver snabbfr\u00e4st f\u00e4rs eller skav. Ungef\u00e4r som tacokrydda som \u00e5ker i mot slutet av f\u00e4rsfr\u00e4set.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom k\u00f6ttet rymmer pannan lite strimlad k\u00e5l, tunna \u00e4ppelklyftor och skivad l\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>Till den wokliknande r\u00e4tten serveras ris och alltihop tar femton, h\u00f6gst tjugo minuter att fixa. En klick grekisk yoghurt kan man kanske ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nka sig p\u00e5 toppen.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00e4rswok med heta smaker (4 -6 pers)<\/h2>\n<h4>Kryddig s\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl soja<\/li>\n<li>1 msk r\u00e5socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl \u00e4ppelmos<\/li>\n<li>1 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 msk f\u00e4rskriven ingef\u00e4ra<\/li>\n<li>1 finriven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd f\u00e4rsk chili finhackad (kolla hur het din chili \u00e4r och avg\u00f6r m\u00e4ngd utifr\u00e5n det)<\/li>\n<li>rosmarin, ett par kvistar finhackad f\u00e4rsk, el \u00bd tsk torkad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>F\u00e4rsfr\u00e4set<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g f\u00e4rs eller skav, jag k\u00f6r med vilt, men n\u00f6t- eller blandf\u00e4rs funkar lika bra . S\u00e4kert lamm ocks\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>k\u00e5l av n\u00e5got slag savoj, bryssel, gr\u00f6n, svart, vit eller r\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>\u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hur mycket k\u00e5l, \u00e4pple och l\u00f6k? S\u00e5 mycket det g\u00e5r \u00e5t. Du vet b\u00e4st.<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med att blanda alla ingredienserna till krydds\u00e5sen.<\/li>\n<li>Strimla eller sk\u00e4r k\u00e5len i bitar beroende p\u00e5 sort. Halvera \u00e4pplet, ta bort k\u00e4rnhuset och sk\u00e4r i klyftor. Skala och skiva l\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00e4s f\u00e4rs eller skav i en panna. L\u00e4gg i gr\u00f6nsakerna som f\u00e5r steka med en kort stund. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften av s\u00e5sen som f\u00e5r koka in. Smaka av och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 ytterligare s\u00e5s s\u00e5 att smakerna sitter och det inte blir f\u00f6r salt eller starkt.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med ris.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fr\u00e5gor p\u00e5 det?
