Mat\u00e5ret hur s\u00e5g det ut? Vi t\u00e4nker gr\u00f6nare. F\u00f6r egen h\u00e4lsa, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbarhet och framtid. Vi t\u00e4nker n\u00e4rodlat och ekologiskt. Bra t\u00e4nkt, s\u00e4ger jag och \u00e4r absolut p\u00e5 den v\u00e4xande trenden. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kommer h\u00e4r f\u00f6rslagen till en vegetarisk ny\u00e5rsmeny! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vad \u00e4r festmat? F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det mat som \u00e4r lagad med omsorg. Den ska vara smakrik och vacker, men inte alls n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis dyr. Dyra ingredienser kan bli usel mat som alla andra r\u00e5varor om de inte m\u00f6ter k\u00e4rlek och den \u201dr\u00e4tta knycken\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Festmat beh\u00f6ver inte heller inte vara kr\u00e5nglig med m\u00e5nga moment och ingredienser. Alltid g\u00e4ller omsorg och en skapligt bra plan. Stress funkar aldrig som ingrediens. Tro mig, erfarenheten talar.<\/p>\n<p>Ett vegetariskt festbord kan allts\u00e5 vara enkelt och jag t\u00e4nkte plocka fr\u00e5n inl\u00e4ggen som finns h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen. Vi tittar tillbaka och komponerar en hejdundrande ny\u00e5rsmeny.<\/p>\n<p>I vissa av inl\u00e4ggen finns det tillbeh\u00f6r som \u00e4r av k\u00f6ttigt slag, men det \u00e4r bara att utesluta. Eller g\u00f6ra b\u00e5da delarna om festen rymmer vegetarianer och flexitarianer. Servera k\u00f6tt eller fisk vid sidan p\u00e5 eget fat s\u00e5 kan man v\u00e4lja sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4lj r\u00e4tter som det passar dig. En f\u00f6r-, varm- och efterr\u00e4tt eller v\u00e4lj flera och duka upp en buff\u00e9. Kanske hittar du bara en r\u00e4tt som passar. En lingonsensation!<\/p>\n<p>Recepten \u00e4r ursprungligen inte t\u00e4nkta som festmat. Inte alla i alla fall, men som sagt vad \u00e4r det som g\u00f6r fest? R\u00f6dbetsrisotton var exempelvis ett f\u00f6rslag till en vanlig vegetarisk m\u00e5ndag, men det \u00e4r en suver\u00e4n risotto som absolut platsar p\u00e5 ett festbord. Det ena utesluter inte det andra.\u00a0Tillaga med stor omsorg s\u00e5 blir det fest!<\/p>\n<p>Och l\u00e5t dig inte f\u00f6rvirras av att inl\u00e4ggen \u00e4r spridda i tid. datumet f\u00f6r servering spelar ingen roll. De passar lika bra p\u00e5 ny\u00e5rsfesten som andra tider p\u00e5 \u00e5ret.
