De \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvklart enkla och g\u00f6r middagarna s\u00e5 otroligt mycket b\u00e4ttre. Ingen kan helt enkelt ha missat dem f\u00f6r att de \u00e4r s\u00e5 bra. Men s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte. Till exempel det att f\u00e5 till en helt benfri abborrfil\u00e9. Vet ni hur man g\u00f6r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4ngder med fin fisk l\u00e4mnar aldrig frysen. Och sk\u00e4let \u00e4r de d\u00e4r sm\u00e5 ettriga fiskbenen. Fil\u00e9 ska vara fil\u00e9, inget kr\u00e5ngel. Enklast \u00e4r att v\u00e4lja n\u00e5got safe fr\u00e5n fisk- eller frysdisken och jag \u00e4r helt med, benfritt \u00e4r det enda alternativet. Vem vill k\u00e4ka middag och k\u00e4nna att varje tugga \u00e4r ett os\u00e4kerhetsmoment, eller kanske \u00e4nnu v\u00e4rre servera det till barnen som f\u00f6r all framtid kommer sky all fisk som ser ut som fisk.<\/p>\n<p>Men jag tycker verkligen att man ska v\u00e5ga testa att fixa det sj\u00e4lv. Benfritt \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rt.<\/p>\n<p>Det dras upp en hel del riktigt fin matfisk, som abborre och g\u00f6s, precis nu fr\u00e5n isar som lagt sig landet runt. Och kallare ska det bli s\u00e5 nu kikar vi p\u00e5 handgreppen f\u00f6r den garanterat benfria fiskfil\u00e9n.
