Shakshuka \u00e4r frukostr\u00e4tten fr\u00e5n mellan\u00f6stern som \u00e4r smart och genialiskt god utan att vara minsta m\u00e4rkv\u00e4rdig. Nyfiken? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om jag s\u00e4ger frukost, vad t\u00e4nker ni? Havregryn, granola, yoghurt, bryggkaffe och hush\u00e5llsost&#8230;eller? Min japanska granne \u00e4r mer inne p\u00e5 ris, fisk och misosoppa. Och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det, vart man sig i v\u00e4rlden v\u00e4nder kommer frukostvalet att variera.<\/p>\n<p>Shakshuka bjuds ofta just som dagens f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5l exempelvis i Israel och p\u00e5 flera st\u00e4llen i Nordafrika. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r lunch- och middagsmat. Helt perfekt \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra klar den kryddiga s\u00e5sen som sedan kan vila i kylen och plockas fram till en blixtsnabb middag. Bara att hetta upp, kn\u00e4cka i \u00e4gg, l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 ett lock och maten \u00e4r serverad tio minuter senare.<\/p>\n<p>Gott surdegsbr\u00f6d och en n\u00e4ve oliver till. Det \u00e4r allt. Och det r\u00e4cker.<\/p>\n<p>Till verket. S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Shakshuka<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>3 klyftor vitl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 chili, typ spansk peppar<\/li>\n<li>2 burkar tomater, jag tog en med k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rssm\u00e5 och en med passerade<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk mald spiskummin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk paprikapulver<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd &#8211; 1 tsk socker<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>4 &#8211; 6 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 msk finhackad persilja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Svarta oliver<\/li>\n<li>Gott br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skala och hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Halvera paprikan, ta ur k\u00e4rnorna och t\u00e4rna den fint. Hetta upp olivolja i en panna och fr\u00e4s f\u00f6rsiktigt l\u00f6k och paprika.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva chilin i tunna ringar. L\u00e4gg i pannan, men smaka f\u00f6rst och avg\u00f6r sj\u00e4lv var din chiligr\u00e4ns g\u00e5r. B\u00e4ttre att l\u00e4gga i mer i omg\u00e5ngar \u00e4n att allt blir f\u00f6r starkt. Fr\u00e4s chilin n\u00e5gon minut innan tomater, kryddor och socker ska i.<\/li>\n<li>Salta l\u00e4tt och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ihop minst 15 minuter.
