Jag stod ocks\u00e5 d\u00e4r p\u00e5 p\u00e5skaftonens morgon och klurade p\u00e5 antal. Hur m\u00e5nga kokta \u00e4gg \u00e4ter man egentligen ? Och nix jag prickade inte in r\u00e4tt antal i \u00e5r heller. Det blev lite f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga. Men inte g\u00f6r det n\u00e5got. Tv\u00e4rtom, nu har vi en bra grund till lunch ett par dagar och f\u00f6rst ut \u00e4r en \u00e4ggsallad p\u00e5 dansk r\u00e5gbr\u00f6d. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Och vet ni det \u00e4r ingen br\u00e5dska. Kokta \u00e4gg h\u00e5ller i 5-7 dagar i kylen. Gott om tid allts\u00e5 att i lugn och ro f\u00f6r\u00e4dla och \u00e4ta upp p\u00e5skbordets eftersl\u00e4ntrare.<\/p>\n<p>Och har du f\u00e4rska okokta \u00e4gg kvar s\u00e5 har du \u00e4nnu l\u00e4ngre tid p\u00e5 dig. M\u00e4rkningen p\u00e5 kartongen utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n 28 dagar, men det \u00e4r i rumstemperatur. S\u00e5 som de f\u00f6rvaras i butiken.<\/p>\n<p>I kylen h\u00e5ller \u00e4ggen betydligt l\u00e4ngre.
