Eller veggie? Ost v\u00e4xer inte p\u00e5 tr\u00e4d men de flesta som v\u00e4ljer att \u00e4ta mindre, eller inget, k\u00f6tt beh\u00e5ller mejeri och \u00e4gg i kosten. Gr\u00f6nt l\u00e4gger man till efter tillg\u00e5ng och lust. Och vem s\u00e4ger nej till snabbt, v\u00e4llagat och enkelt? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r flera vegetarianer i familjen. Det \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rare att laga vegomat \u00e4n annat och behovet av snabbt och enkelt f\u00f6ljer med vad man \u00e4n v\u00e4ljer eller v\u00e4ljer bort i dieten. Ugnsbakad fetaost \u00e4r en r\u00e4ddare i n\u00f6den som passar de flesta.<\/p>\n<p>Ost av den h\u00e4r typen, originalet Feta, eller liknande varianter \u00e4r otroligt anv\u00e4ndbara. De har l\u00e5ng h\u00e5llbarhet och jag har alltid minst ett par stycken p\u00e5 lut i kylen. Perfekt sommarmat ocks\u00e5. Funkar p\u00e5 macka, i sallad, i paj, p\u00e5 ugnsrostade rotsaker och kort sagt till mycket.<\/p>\n<p>Den brukar ha en r\u00e4tt rej\u00e4l s\u00e4lta och dessutom en l\u00e4tt syrlig smak. God kall, precis som den \u00e4r, men fungerar ocks\u00e5 alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att servera v\u00e4rmd. Konsistensen blir mjukare och karakt\u00e4ren blir tydligare n\u00e4r temperaturen g\u00e5r upp. Viktigt \u00e4r att inte gl\u00f6mma osten i ugnsv\u00e4rmen f\u00f6r ligger den f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir den grynig.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3290\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3290\" style=\"width: 682px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2017\/07\/VarmFetaost-8-e1498894004763.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-3290\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2017\/07\/VarmFetaost-8-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"ugnsbakadfeta-juni17\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3290\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ugnsbakad fetaost \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt och ibland \u00e4r k\u00e4nns bara osten direkt fr\u00e5n kylen inte tillr\u00e4ckligt. Man vill ha n\u00e5got varmt, men helst utan v\u00e4ntetid. 10 minuter \u00e4r inte mycket att snacka om och det \u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng tid det tar. Snabbmat!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3289\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3289\" style=\"width: 682px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2017\/07\/VarmFetaost-6-e1498910275676.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-3289\" src=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2017\/07\/VarmFetaost-6-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"ugnsbakadfeta-juni17\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3289\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">N\u00e5got salt och n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt. Syra och umami fr\u00e5n osten. Perfekt att kombinera osten med melon eller ett litet ringel av honung.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Vi \u00e4ter ofta osten som en del i en st\u00f6rre m\u00e5ltid, typ middagsbuff\u00e9. Kanske finns d\u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/ugnsrostad-farskpotatis\/\">ugnsrostad potatis<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/plockmat-soffhornan-bruchetta-med-bonrora\/\">b\u00f6nr\u00f6ra<\/a> och en tomatsallad. Recepten finns vid l\u00e4nkarna. Men ibland serveras den varma osten som en supersnabb l\u00e4tt m\u00e5ltid bara med riktigt gott br\u00f6d, oliver, n\u00e5gon gr\u00f6nsak eller en bit melon.<\/p>\n<p>Melon rekommenderas till. Ostens s\u00e4lta och s\u00f6tman i melonen. Riktigt gott! Ett annat s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 in lite s\u00f6tt \u00e4r att ringla en aning honung \u00f6ver. Passar s\u00e4rskilt fint till \u00f6rtkryddorna timjan och rosmarin.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Ugnsbakad fetaost<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 fetaost<\/li>\n<li>\u00f6rtkryddor, g\u00e4rna timjan, rosmarin eller oregano<\/li>\n<li>olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 ark ugnsfolie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader. L\u00e4gg osten p\u00e5 ett ark ugnsfolie. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 \u00f6rtkryddor, f\u00e4rska eller torkade. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att de torkade har kraftigare smak. Ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt in i ugnen. Efter 10 minuter \u00e4r det klart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enklare kan det knappast bli.
