Med vitl\u00f6k och olja. Det l\u00e5ter simpelt och inte s\u00e4rskilt sp\u00e4nnande. Men de \u00e4r som gjorda f\u00f6r varandra och p\u00e5 bara n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 ingredienser lovar jag en pastar\u00e4tt ingen gl\u00f6mmer. En italiensk klassiker som h\u00e5llit i en hel evighet. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fingertopparna far iv\u00e4g av sig sj\u00e4lva fast f\u00f6rnuftet talar emot. H\u00e5ll dig undan klyschorna! F\u00f6r sent\u2026kan inte hejda mig. Det \u00e4r det d\u00e4r om det enkla och det b\u00e4sta. Det \u00e4r bara s\u00e5 att jag inte kan sluta f\u00f6rundras \u00f6ver lyckan att n\u00e5got s\u00e5 vardagligt, trivialt kan bli s\u00e5 grymt gott.<\/p>\n<p>Pasta, olivolja, vitl\u00f6k, persilja, och chili. Kan det verkligen bli n\u00e5got av det h\u00e4r? Och det kan det! Tillsammans bildar de h\u00e4r ingredienserna en makal\u00f6s kombination som ger m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger insatsen igen.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en r\u00e4tt som ska \u00e4tas sekunden efter det att den \u00e4r klar. S\u00e4tt alla vid bordet med gaffeln i h\u00f6gsta hugg. Jag vill ha rikligt med riven, lagrad h\u00e5rdost till, men det skulle nog m\u00e5nga italienare protestera h\u00f6gljutt om de s\u00e5g. Struntar i det. Det \u00e4r gott!<\/p>\n<p>Grunden \u00e4r ett litet antal ingredienser och en enkel beredning. Trots det finns m\u00e5nga, m\u00e5nga olika men snarlika recept. Jag har min kombination som \u00e4r n\u00e4stan identisk med en jag hittade i ett klipp p\u00e5 Youtube. Och h\u00e4r kommer ett tips.<\/p>\n<h2>Pasta aglio e olio (2 personer)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gram pasta, spagetti eller den aningen bredare bavette<\/li>\n<li>1 dl olivolja<\/li>\n<li>6 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>2-3 sm\u00e5 torkade chilifrukter, eller motsvarande m\u00e4ngd flakes.<\/li>\n<li>1 dl riktigt finhackad persilja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>f\u00e4rskriven h\u00e5rdost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en rej\u00e4l kastrull med saltat vatten. Koka upp och l\u00e4gg i pastan. Koka till den \u00e4r n\u00e4tt och j\u00e4mnt f\u00e4rdig.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och skiva vitl\u00f6ken s\u00e5 tunt du kan. Krossa chilin.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm upp oljan i en vid panna. Och ja, m\u00e4ngden \u00e4r korrekt. \u00a0L\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6ken och var beredd att lyfta pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. Vitl\u00f6ken ska inte br\u00e4nnas, d\u00e5 blir den besk.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6lj efter med chilin som du anpassar efter hur mycket hetta du tycker om. Nu \u00e5ker pastan i pannan med en aning av kokvattnet. Snabbt i med persiljan och efter n\u00e5gra \u00f6gonblick pressar du i citronen.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med peppar och salt innan du springer in till bordet och serverar genast. Riven ost till, om man t\u00f6rs trotsa traditionen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Italienarna \u00e4r inte att leka med n\u00e4r det kommer till mat. Ve den som \u00e4ndrar f\u00f6r mycket i recepten. Det ska vara p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt. Basta! Jag fick en g\u00e5ng den tveksamma \u00e4ran att laga k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s till en italiensk nonna. Oj, oj inte mycket var som det skulle, men jag tycker sj\u00e4lv att jag lyckades utm\u00e4rkt.
