Idag blir det en snabb, enkel chili p\u00e5 viltf\u00e4rs. Het och uppmuntrande. En vinterr\u00e4tt f\u00f6r frusna sj\u00e4lar, fingrar och t\u00e5r. Vi gillar ju f\u00e4rs. R\u00e5varan som st\u00e4ndigt toppar unders\u00f6kningar om popul\u00e4ra livsmedel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Men visst blir det l\u00e4tt samma, samma. Man k\u00f6r p\u00e5 det gamla vanliga receptet, det som sitter i fingrarna. Ikv\u00e4ll byter vi h\u00e4rhemma och testar en chilihet soppgryta. En allt-i-ett-r\u00e4tt som inte kr\u00e4ver mer \u00e4n lite tjock yoghurt och en rej\u00e4l bit gott br\u00f6d som s\u00e4llskap.<\/p>\n<p>Har du en middagsg\u00e4st som \u00e4r k\u00e4nslig f\u00f6r chilihetta s\u00e5 hoppa \u00f6ver den och st\u00e4ll fram en burk chilipasta som den dj\u00e4rva kan klicka i tallriken efter eget behag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Snabblagad chilif\u00e4rs \u00a0(4 pers)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600- 800 g \u00e4lgf\u00e4rs, eller annan f\u00e4rs<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 paprikor, gul<\/li>\n<li>1 liten squash<\/li>\n<li>1 chilifrukt<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 msk koncentrerad kalvfond<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd msk oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk mald spiskummin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk socker<\/li>\n<li>1 burk sm\u00e5 vita b\u00f6nor<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>grekisk yoghurt att servera till<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Ansa och hacka l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k. Sk\u00e4r paprika och squash i bitar. Finhacka chilin. Chilifrukterna kan vara mycket olika starka s\u00e5 smaka ytterst lite f\u00f6r att avg\u00f6ra hur mycket som ska med i grytan. Fr\u00e4s alltihop i olja.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen och bryn den. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomater, tomatpur\u00e9, fonden och kryddor.
