Vi t\u00e4nker om och skapar sommarens fikahit, kanelbullekladdkaka! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allts\u00e5 den h\u00e4r! F\u00f6r dig som \u00e4lskar kanelbullar, kladdkaka och s\u00f6tsaker f\u00f6r det \u00e4r en sockerbomb. Receptet \u00e4r en utveckling av n\u00e5gon annans. Vems? Vet ej och det har g\u00e5tt genom flera led innan det hamnade hos mig. Jag fick det av Nini som f\u00e5tt det av\u2026, som i sin tur\u2026ja, ni vet hur det \u00e4r med recept. De vandrar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra till\u00e4gg har jag gjort. Lite extrajobb, men v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt. Jag karamelliserade mandlar med lite salt. Bra smaker och ett h\u00e4rligt crunch som bryter det ljuvligt kladdiga. Jag la dessutom till lite riven mandelmassa eftersom jag t\u00e4nkt ha det till fyllning i bullarna som inte blev.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/kanelbullar-bulldagens-basta-tips\/\">Vill du kika p\u00e5 recept p\u00e5 supergoda vanliga kanelbullar s\u00e5 klicka p\u00e5 bl\u00e5 l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a>\u00a0Riktiga h\u00f6jdarbuller! D\u00e4r finns ocks\u00e5 bulltips och r\u00e5d fr\u00e5n landets m\u00e4sterbagare. Bra saker att veta inf\u00f6r bullbaket.<\/p>\n<p>Men idag blir det kladdkaka. Definitionen varierar. \u00c4r kladdig p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till rinnande eller inte? Vi har olika preferenser och dessutom olika ugnar. Ingenting fastnar och det g\u00e5r l\u00e4tt att lyfta kakan\/pajen upp p\u00e5 ett annat fat om man vill.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta omg\u00e5ngen vi \u00e5t, n\u00e4r kakan fortfarande var ljummen var rej\u00e4lt kladdig, med lite kn\u00e4ckig yta. Det som blev kvar stoppade jag i frysen en stund, ungef\u00e4r tjugo minuter i v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 fler fikasugna och d\u00e5 blev den kladdig, men fast om ni f\u00f6rst\u00e5r. Galet gott hursomhelst.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tillh\u00f6r de som vill ha mycket kardemumma i kanelbullarna. Men man m\u00e5ste anv\u00e4nda hel kardemumma och mortla r\u00e4tt grovt. Mald blir inte alls samma sak.<\/p>\n<p>Kakan g\u00e5r att \u00e4ta precis som den \u00e4r, men visst \u00e4r det gott med l\u00e4ttvispad gr\u00e4dde till, eller vaniljglass om du ska \u00e4ta den ljummen.<\/p>\n<p>Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Kanelbullekladdkaka<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gram sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk kardemummak\u00e4rnor, grovt mortlade<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>100 gram grovriven mandelmassa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kanelrippel<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>50 gram sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>2 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mandelcrunch<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00be dl hela mandlar<\/li>\n<li>2 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. F\u00e4st ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper i botten p\u00e5 en springform.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r mandeln som beh\u00f6ver lite tid att svalna. Halvera mandlarna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. V\u00e4rm upp en panna och l\u00e4gg i mandlarna som ska rostas l\u00e4tt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 sockret och s\u00e4nk eventuellt v\u00e4rmen s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns. En nypa salt p\u00e5 och r\u00f6r om. H\u00e4ll upp mandlarna p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper n\u00e4r de \u00e4r gyllne och t\u00e4ckta av karamell.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret till kakan.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda vetemj\u00f6l, socker och kardemumma. R\u00f6r ihop med sm\u00f6r och \u00e4ggen ett i taget. Blanda till sist i mandelmassan. H\u00e4ll upp i formen.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r till fyllningen. Blanda i socker och kanel. Rippla ner i smeten och dra eventuellt en gaffel genom f\u00f6r ett slarvigt m\u00f6nster och f\u00f6rdelad smak. Str\u00f6ssla mandeln \u00f6ver och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Min fick st\u00e5 exakt 25 minuter och d\u00e5 var den lite gungig och kladdig. Den blir fastare n\u00e4r den svalnar.
