Har ni provat? \u00d6rtsalt \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvklart, men socker?\u00a0 Egentligen en klockren kombination. N\u00e4r sockret f\u00e5r karakt\u00e4r beh\u00f6vs inte alls lika mycket. Funkar som en naturlig sockerreduktion. Dessutom en k\u00e4lla till kreativa utsv\u00e4vningar. Kul och gott i ett! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Igen blir det ett inl\u00e4gg som handlar mer om inspiration \u00e4n om exakta recept. Du f\u00e5r chansen att fundera \u00f6ver kryddornas smak, doft och vad de egentligen passar ihop med.<\/p>\n<p>Jag ser ibland recept med diffusa instruktioner som s\u00e4ger ungef\u00e4r: &#8221;Ta en \u00f6rtkrydda, till exempel den h\u00e4r eller n\u00e5gon annan som du har.&#8221; Som om det handlade om lite gr\u00f6nt piff snarare \u00e4n smak och karakt\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Men jag t\u00e4nker alls inte tala om vad som \u00e4r r\u00e4tt och fel f\u00f6r s\u00e5dant finns inte i smakv\u00e4rlden.\u00a0 Det finns tusentals ouppt\u00e4ckta kombinationer att leta sig fram till. Jag menar bara att valet har betydelse. Jag g\u00f6r sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder och provar mig fram. Tar en sv\u00e4ng i kryddlandet och funderar \u00f6ver doft- och smakkombinationer. Lavendelsocker \u00f6ver en kaka kanske? Myntasocker p\u00e5 en fruktsallad med melon? Basilikasocker att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver jordgubbarna? Bara att prova. Hur fel kan det bli?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Vi ska \u00e4ta pannkakor och jag vill anv\u00e4nda f\u00e4rska hallon ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sylt. \u00a0N\u00e5got s\u00f6tt k\u00e4nns \u00e4nd\u00e5 som en trevlig grej att l\u00e4gga till och eftersom hallon och citron \u00e4r s\u00e5 fint ihop knipsar jag ett par kvistar citronverbena i v\u00e4xthuset.<\/p>\n<p>Den har en tydlig smak av citrus utan syra, men jag vill f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka ytterligare med lite rivet citronskal. \u00a0Och s\u00e5 vill jag ha in n\u00e5got v\u00e4nligt inst\u00e4llsamt . Det f\u00e5r bli vanilj.\u00a0 Proportionerna \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5h\u00e4r. Jag brukar g\u00f6ra sockret i sm\u00e5 omg\u00e5ngar f\u00f6r direktf\u00f6rbrukning.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00d6rtsocker \u2013 citrus\/vanilj<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>10 stora blad citronverbena<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd cm vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>finrivet skal av \u00bd citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<p>Mixa socker, citronverbena och vanilj fint. \u00a0jag anv\u00e4nder en hel bit vaniljst\u00e5ng med skal och allt. Blanda i citronskalet. \u00c4t direkt eller torka helt och f\u00f6rvara torrt. \u00a0Sv\u00e5rare \u00e4r det inte.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan som sagt t\u00e4nka sig en hel rad kombinationer och h\u00e4r kommer n\u00e5gra f\u00f6rslag:<\/p>\n<h2>\u00d6rtsocker \u2013l\u00f6sa id\u00e9er<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lavendel \u2013 ger frukostyoghurten en nu dimension. Eller prova i ditt kv\u00e4llste.<\/li>\n<li>Myntasocker \u2013 passar till n\u00e5got med melon.<\/li>\n<li>Rosmarin och rivet apelsinskal \u2013 blir bra tillsammans med en p\u00e4ronr\u00e4tt eller n\u00e5got med \u00e4pple.<\/li>\n<li>Basilika \u2013 fint tillsammans med jordgubbar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00d6rtsocker \u00e4r ett enkelt s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got extra och att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna kryddornas aromer.
