Ringblomma, krasse och krondill. Vardagen \u00e4r p\u00e5 ing\u00e5ng, men inte utan fest! Kr\u00e4ftkalas! Kr\u00e4ftm\u00e5nen h\u00e4nger d\u00e4r den ska och borden \u00e4r dukade. En g\u00e5ng, och en till, men sedan vill jag ha kr\u00e4ftor utan stora arrangemang. D\u00e5 blir det kr\u00e4ftmacka de luxe. Och kanske \u00e4r den det b\u00e4sta av allt. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag ordnar g\u00e4rna kalas utan att alls vara en festprisse sj\u00e4lv. Trivs b\u00e4st med f\u00f6rberedelserna och arbetet innan. Gillar att laga till, g\u00f6ra fint och att se f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan hos andra. Sedan kan det vara f\u00f6r min del. D\u00e5 vill jag helst ner till vattnet, doppa f\u00f6tterna och bara sitta. Men kr\u00e4ftorna vill jag inte vara utan.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 man ska ha en kr\u00e4ftmacka de lux redo. En att njuta alldeles f\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv. G\u00e4rna med skratt, sk\u00e5l och s\u00e5ng i bakgrunden. Den ska vara grandios fast enkel. Gener\u00f6s utan tillgjorda konstigheter.<\/p>\n<p>Och h\u00f6rrni, den passar faktiskt inte alls bara i ensamhet p\u00e5 bryggan utan g\u00f6r sig i alla sorters s\u00e4llskap, sm\u00e5 eller stora. Det h\u00e4r kan bli en f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt, en kv\u00e4llsmacka, en efter-f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningen-sup\u00e9, en schyst lunch eller precis vad ni vill. Det \u00e4r ofta de som skiljer mediokert fr\u00e5n fantastiskt.<\/p>\n<p>Men, \u00e4r inte detta sl\u00f6seri?! Bara kr\u00e4ftstj\u00e4rtarna p\u00e5 macka!? Jo, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi inte g\u00f6ra. Allt ska s\u00e5klart anv\u00e4ndas och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r kommer alldeles snart en blogguppf\u00f6ljare som handlar om kr\u00e4ftfond p\u00e5 skalen. Inga skal i soporna allts\u00e5. Jag k\u00f6r p\u00e5 rumstempererat.<\/li>\n<li>Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4gget i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. Klicka i senap och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 oljan. Allt p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng. I med saltet innan du s\u00e4tter stavmixern i beh\u00e5llarens botten och k\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng. Dra mixern upp\u00e5t och f\u00f6rundras \u00f6ver hur l\u00e4tt det \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra majjo.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i dillen och k\u00f6r snabbt med mixern igen. Smaka av med lite riven vitl\u00f6k och eventuellt n\u00e5gra droppar pressad citron. Klart. St\u00e4ll i kyl.<\/li>\n<li>Skala kr\u00e4ftstj\u00e4rtar, s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga du har lust till. Resterna, kr\u00e4ftkroppar och stj\u00e4rtskal sparas i kyl ett dygn eller i frys. De kommer gl\u00e4dja dig senare som fond. T\u00e4nk kr\u00e4ftsoppa eller risotto!<\/li>\n<li>Koka \u00e4gg medelh\u00e5rda, ca 6 min. Sk\u00e4r sallaten, plocka de fina fr\u00f6st\u00e4llningarna fr\u00e5n krondillen. Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k eller l\u00f6kblast i fina ringar.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6rstek eller rosta br\u00f6dskivorna. Skiva \u00e4ggen och starta upp mackbygget.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mackan ska k\u00e4nnas rik. Den ska dofta friskt av dill, krondill och kr\u00e4ftor.
