K\u00e4nner mig oerh\u00f6rt beg\u00e5vad p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till opassande sj\u00e4lvgod. Och jag \u00e4r inte ens skapare av underverket. Har bara l\u00e4st innantill och gjort som receptet s\u00e4ger. Men vilken kaka! Dr\u00f6mgod \u00e4ppelmazarinkaka! N\u00e5gon som \u00e4r sugen? V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi startar med en fanfar och allt ljus riktat p\u00e5 konditorn som st\u00e5r f\u00f6r id\u00e9 och recept. Tack Elisabeth Johansson f\u00f6r en kaka som f\u00e5r mig att lyckas! Receptet finns i hennes \u201dMin \u00e4ppelbok\u201d. Den kom ut f\u00f6r flera \u00e5r sedan och \u00e4r slut p\u00e5 f\u00f6rlaget. Kanske kan bli ett antikvariatfynd?<\/p>\n<p>Ni vet, det \u00e4r som det \u00e4r med mig. Bak \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt. Men den h\u00e4r kakan g\u00f6r jag om och omigen med lika bra resultat. Vilket betyder att baket \u00e4r helt riskfritt. H\u00f6r upp alla misslyckade bakare, det finns hopp och s\u00e4kra kort.<\/p>\n<p>Kakan har tydlig mazarink\u00e4nsla, men \u00e4r friskare i smaken. L\u00e4tt \u00e4ppelsyrlig med en saftig k\u00e4nsla utan att kladda. Kan sk\u00e4ras i de allra finaste bitar. En riktig snyggkaka. Ge dig tid och sk\u00e4r supertunna skivor \u00e4pple att l\u00e4gga ut i vackert m\u00f6nster. Tycker att den f\u00e5r finare f\u00e4rg s\u00e5. I alla fall i min ugn.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mitt recept \u00e4r hastigt nerklottrat p\u00e5 en mycket tummad och r\u00e4tt kladdig lapp. Hoppas att jag f\u00e5tt till det korrekt. Jag vet att jag gjort n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Jag har mer \u00e4pple p\u00e5 toppen i extremt tunna skivor. Mer socker och kanel att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver och dessutom brukar jag klicka p\u00e5 lite sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 ytan f\u00f6r att jag tycker den f\u00e5r s\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg d\u00e5. Men i stort sett \u00e4r den lika med originalet.<\/p>\n<p>Tanken \u00e4r att den ska g\u00f6ras i en springform p\u00e5 24 cm, men jag g\u00f6r den ibland i portionsformar. D\u00e5 r\u00e4cker smeten till 8 stycken.<\/p>\n<p>Ingenting att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5. S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c4ppelmazarinkaka 8-10 bitar<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>2 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>200 g mandelmassa<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 dl \u00e4ppelmos<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4pplen, svenska<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>P\u00e5 toppen<\/h4>\n<p>M\u00e4ngderna i parenteserna \u00e4r de jag k\u00f6r p\u00e5<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tsk socker (1 msk)<\/li>\n<li>1 krm kanel (1 tsk)<\/li>\n<li>(1-2 msk sm\u00f6r att klicka p\u00e5)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Sm\u00f6ra och br\u00f6a en springform. Jag brukar kl\u00e4mma fast ett sm\u00f6rpapper i botten p\u00e5 formen f\u00f6r att kakan ska kunna lyftas ur formen och l\u00e4ggas upp p\u00e5 ett roligare fat.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa sm\u00f6r och socker fluffigt med elvisp. Riv mandelmassan och blanda den med sm\u00f6ret tillsammans med \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6l och \u00e4ppelmos.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r ett av \u00e4pplena i fina sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. Det andra skivas j\u00e4mnt och tunt.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda \u00e4ppelt\u00e4rningarna i smeten. F\u00f6rdela smeten i formen och stick ner \u00e4ppelskivorna i ett m\u00f6nster. Blanda mj\u00f6l och socker. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kakan och klicka eventuellt p\u00e5 lite sm\u00f6r.
