Idag \u00e4r de redan aningen pass\u00e9 och imorgon helt ute. Om man inte ger dem ett nytt liv som rika riddare eller skorpor. \u00a0V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t oss vara \u00e4rliga, ska man \u00e4ta en vetebulle rakt upp och ner s\u00e5 \u00e4r den b\u00e4st nybakad. G\u00e4rna fortfarande aningen varm. Ganska snabbt tappar de sin oemotst\u00e5ndliga charm och blir r\u00e4tt tr\u00e5kiga.<\/p>\n<p>Det d\u00e4r har med en massa kemiska saker att g\u00f6ra och n\u00e4r vi s\u00e4ger att de torkat s\u00e5 st\u00e4mmer det till viss del, men det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en fr\u00e5ga om st\u00e4rkelse som reagerar p\u00e5 att v\u00e4rmas upp och svalna. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader. Sk\u00e4r kanelbullar, l\u00e4ngder och kransar i skivor som \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r en halv centimeter tjocka. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och pensla eventuellt med sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt in och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 fyrtio minuter eller lite mer. H\u00e5ll lite koll, de ska torka inte gr\u00e4ddas och f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg. Blanda \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk och vetemj\u00f6l till en klumpfri smet. Hetta upp sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. V\u00e4nd bullskivorna i smeten och stek dem vackert gyllenbruna.
