Pl\u00f6tsligt k\u00e4nde jag att nej, jag vill vara med ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att st\u00e5 h\u00e4r med ett st\u00f6rre antal biffar att forma och steka. Med ett snabbt grepp var allt klart om \u00e4n i helt ny skepnad. Baconlindad k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rslimpa, ett h\u00f6stigt middagstips. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag hade en st\u00f6rre, mer avancerad id\u00e9 som handlade om rader av sm\u00e5 fina f\u00e4rsbiffar, men jag lovar att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r minst lika bra som originaltanken.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tr\u00f6ttnade helt enkelt. Hade ingen lust l\u00e4ngre att st\u00e5 ensam i k\u00f6ket n\u00e4r de andra skrattade p\u00e5 h\u00e5ll helt ointresserade av att kombinera skratt med matlagning. Vips f\u00f6ste jag ihop smeten till en limpa och kl\u00e4dde den med bacon. Snabbt in i ugnen med tillbeh\u00f6ren i en ring omkring. Sen var det helt fritt fram att kasta sig i soffan bland de andra. Maten jobbade p\u00e5 i k\u00f6ket alldeles sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>Jag ser p\u00e5 ingredienslistan att det ser kr\u00e5ngligt ut, men egentligen \u00e4r det bara att blanda och st\u00e4lla in i ugnen. Samma blandning p\u00e5 smeten men i en helt ny skepnad.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Baconlindad k\u00f6tt\u00e4rslimpa<\/h2>\n<h4>4-6 personer<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>800 gram n\u00f6t-, vilt eller blandf\u00e4rs<\/li>\n<li>3 skivor vitt br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>2 matskedar koncentrerad kalvfond<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tesked torkad timjan<\/li>\n<li>1 tesked salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>8 skivor bacon, 1 paket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>6 medelstora gula l\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>1 litet huvud f\u00e4rsk vitk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4pplen<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt 1 bukett f\u00e4rska kryddor, timjan och rosmarin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00c4ppeldoftande s\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl \u00e4ppelmust<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>3 matsked koncentrerad kalvfond<\/li>\n<li>1 matsked balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>1 kryddm\u00e5tt svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6det till smulor. Riv l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 j\u00e4rnets grova sida och pressa eller finriv vitl\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Blanda alla f\u00e4rsens ingredienser utom baconet. Droppa lite olja i en rymlig ugnsfast form, l\u00e4gg i f\u00e4rsen och forma till en limpa.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck f\u00e4rsen med baconskivorna som l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 t\u00e4tt, i rad.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och klyfta l\u00f6ken. Sk\u00e4r k\u00e5l och \u00e4pple i klyftor. Droppa olja \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna, blanda och l\u00e4gg dem runt k\u00f6ttet. L\u00e4gg ner de f\u00e4rska kryddorna och s\u00e4tt in formen i ugnen. Tillaga cirka 30 minuter till f\u00e4rslimpan har en innertemperatur p\u00e5 68 grader.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp s\u00e5sens ingredienser i en kastrull och koka ihop till bra smak och konsistens. Smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Och till dig som inte alls \u00e4r lat och s\u00e4llskapssjuk kan jag meddela att receptet p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/riktigt-goda-farsbiffar-ett-grundrecept\/\">de sm\u00e5 fina biffarna med enb\u00e4rss\u00e5s som syns p\u00e5 bild hittar du h\u00e4r.<\/a>\u00a0De kan dessutom med f\u00f6rdel tillagas av fler \u00e4n en person s\u00e5 s\u00e4llskap beh\u00f6ver man faktiskt inte alls st\u00e5 utan.<\/p>\n<p>Potatis kan man s\u00e5klart servera till. Hitta en middagsg\u00e4st med\u00a0 skaltalang s\u00e5 l\u00f6ser det sig. Allt gott!
