Be en 17-\u00e5ring att f\u00f6lja med f\u00f6r att plocka nypon f\u00e5r ni se. Den minen talar. Men, n\u00e4r samma unga man serveras varm, klarr\u00f6d och doftande nyponsoppa med en klick gr\u00e4dde \u00e4r l\u00e4get ett helt annat. Han minns och f\u00f6rst\u00e5r. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag kan bara h\u00e5lla med. Det \u00e4r inte enklaste v\u00e4gen. Jag kan till och med fr\u00e5ga mig sj\u00e4lv om det \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt. F\u00f6r tredje g\u00e5ngen hakar ett ilsket t\u00f6rne tag i mina fingrar och blodet droppar. \u00c4r det v\u00e4rt?<\/p>\n<p>Svar ja. Jag vet ju att det blir s\u00e5 fantastiskt bra. Att inga pulver i v\u00e4rlden sl\u00e5r nyponsoppan som startar d\u00e4r bland nyponbuskarnas ilskna taggar. Vi har plockat, sk\u00f6ljt, kokat och passerat f\u00f6r att fixa det d\u00e4r moset som sedan f\u00f6r\u00e4dlats till en soppdr\u00f6m. Men i \u00e4rlighetens namn s\u00e5 har jag inte plockat mer \u00e4n vad som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r dagen. En och en halv liter nypon blir ungef\u00e4r 1 \u00bd dl koncentrerat mos som r\u00e4cker till tv\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar soppa.<\/p>\n<p>Jag plockade skogsnypon, men har du vresrosor i din n\u00e4rhet \u00e4r det dem du ska sikta in dig p\u00e5. St\u00f6rre, l\u00e4ttplockade nypon med mycket fruktk\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom kan jag rekommendera att anv\u00e4nda n\u00e5gon form av speciellt passeringsverktyg. Att jobba med tr\u00e5dsil som jag g\u00f6r h\u00e4r \u00e4r inte b\u00e4sta alternativet. En passertillsats p\u00e5 matberedaren hade varit fint, eller en passervagga.<\/p>\n<p>Plockar du stora m\u00e4ngder s\u00e5 kan moset sockras l\u00e4tt och frysas.<\/p>\n<h2>Nyponmos \u2013 nyponsoppa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 pers<\/li>\n<li>3 liter nypon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Nyponsoppa<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl nyponmos<\/li>\n<li>vatten<\/li>\n<li>socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00e4ttvispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>mandelbiskvier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Ansa nyponen. Stj\u00e4lken och blomf\u00e4stet ska bort. Sk\u00f6lj nyponen noga. L\u00e4gg i en kastrull eller gryta med vatten. Det ska vara mer vatten \u00e4n nypon.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda 20 minuter. Skumma om det beh\u00f6vs.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av vattnet. Passera nyponen. Tr\u00e5dsil fungerar, men passervagga eller passertillsats \u00e4r effektivare. Moset ska vara tjockt och blankt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg moset i en kastrull och sp\u00e4d med vatten, lite i taget, till en konsistens som passar dig. V\u00e4rm och smaka av med socker. Utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n \u00bd dl och ta det d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n. Kanske \u00e4r du n\u00f6jd d\u00e4r kanske vill du ha minst lika mycket till. Du avg\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servera din nyponsoppa med en klick l\u00e4ttvispad gr\u00e4dde och n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 knapriga mandelbiskvier. Eller varf\u00f6r inte med en kula vaniljglass.<\/p>\n<p>Allt gott!
