Ursprungsid\u00e9n var bra, men nu m\u00e5ste jag t\u00e4nka om.\u00a0 Det f\u00e5r bli en riktig snabbversion och se d\u00e4r, den blev \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre. Ugnsbakad pumpa att \u00e4ta direkt ur skalet.\u00a0 En riktig femetta skapad ur tidsbrist. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pumpa har verkligen inte varit vardagsmat. Bara f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan fanns de knappt att k\u00f6pa i aff\u00e4r annat \u00e4n undantagsvis, men nu \u00e4r det vanligare s\u00e4rskilt runt Halloween. Jag tillh\u00f6r dem som stod med ett par fr\u00f6p\u00e5sar i handen i v\u00e5ras. Petade ner ett antal fr\u00f6n och kunde inte dr\u00f6mma om en sk\u00f6rd p\u00e5 100 kg. Helt galet.<\/p>\n<p>Med huset fullt av pumpa kommer behovet av tillagningsmetoder och h\u00e4r \u00e4r en lyckad variant sprungen ur tidsbrist.<\/p>\n<p>Jag inser nu att jag tidigare t\u00e4nkte kr\u00e5ngligt och att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en lyckad genv\u00e4g.\u00a0Jag har skalat och t\u00e4rnat f\u00f6r att exempelvis g\u00f6ra ett \u00a0stomp, eller grovt mos, men varf\u00f6r. Smakerna koncentreras n\u00e4r v\u00e4tska \u00e5ngar av och n\u00e4r ytan f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Till dagens innovation anv\u00e4nde jag en liten pumpa, Uchiki Kuri, men det g\u00e5r s\u00e4kert lika bra med st\u00f6rre som i s\u00e5 fall sk\u00e4rs i kvartar eller gener\u00f6sa klyftor. Id\u00e9n \u00e4r att \u00e4ta med sked direkt ur skalet, ungef\u00e4r som en bakad potatis.<\/p>\n<p>Min lilla pumpa p\u00e5 dryga kilot r\u00e4ckte till tv\u00e5 personer. L\u00e5ter mycket men n\u00e4r skal och k\u00e4rnor r\u00e4knas bort \u00e4r det ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften kvar.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rldens enklaste pumparecept. Och s\u00e5 gott!<\/p>\n<h2>Ugnsbakad pumpa<\/h2>\n<p>2 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1, 2 kg hel pumpa, t.ex uchiki kuri<\/li>\n<li>olivolja<\/li>\n<li>\u00f6rtkryddor, t.ex. citrontimjan och rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>f\u00e4rskriven lagrad ost<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>rivet citronskal + n\u00e5gra droppar pressad citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. \u00a0Halvera pumpan och gr\u00f6p ur k\u00e4rnorna. Droppa lite olja over snittytorna. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver \u00f6rtkryddor, f\u00e4rska eller torkade. Salta l\u00e4tt och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen med snittytan upp.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut n\u00e4r pumporna f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r helt mjuka efter cirka tjugo minuter.\u00a0 Servera direkt i skalet med f\u00e4rskriven ost och en sm\u00f6rklick. Gott ocks\u00e5 med lite finrivet ska av citron och n\u00e5gra droppar av citronsaften.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vi \u00e5t pumpahalvorna tillsammans med stekt italiensk f\u00e4rskkorv, salsiccia. Riktigt gott!
