Pl\u00f6tsligt vet n\u00e4stan alla vad det handlar om. Mycket tidig morgon i ett restaurangk\u00f6k. En k\u00f6kspojke och en utsvulten ung kvinna. Han steker r\u00e5rakor och det frasande ljudet n\u00e4r hon tar en tugga \u00e4r oemotst\u00e5ndligt. Man vill ha! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201dV\u00e5r tid \u00e4r nu\u201d, en tv-serie som verkligen hamnat r\u00e4tt. En serie som engagerar ovanligt m\u00e5nga, i alla \u00e5ldrar. Milj\u00f6erna \u00e4r lockande, tiden sp\u00e4nnande. D\u00e4r finns en tro p\u00e5 framtiden och samtidigt ett stadigt grepp om traditionerna.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4rskilt kul f\u00f6r den som \u00e4r matintresserad f\u00f6rst\u00e5s att det utspelar sig i ett restaurangk\u00f6k. Jag v\u00e4nder mig till nestor Tore Wretman och hans bok \u201dSvensk husmanskost\u201d. Om r\u00e5rakan eller raggmunken, som han likst\u00e4ller den med, s\u00e4ger han att det ska vara potatis, \u00e4gg och salt. Tv-seriens Calle blandar friskt de tv\u00e5. D\u00e4r serveras r\u00e5raka med gr\u00e4ddfil, hackad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och lingon.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Smeten ska vara l\u00f6s och kan blandas med en aning vatten. \u201dStek i gott stekflott\u201d\u2026hm h\u00e4r kommer jag att trotsa m\u00e4staren. Men storleken kommer att bli som den b\u00f6r vara n\u00e4mligen som en stor pl\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Till detta vill Tore servera stekt fl\u00e4sk och lingonsylt eller \u00e4ppelmos. Men vad h\u00e4nder egentligen d\u00e4r i k\u00f6ket i v\u00e5r tv-serie?<\/p>\n<p>Den som vill kan g\u00e5 tillbaka och kika. N\u00e4r vi kommer 18 minuter och 45 sekunder in i f\u00f6rsta avsnittet stiger Nina in i k\u00f6ket till Calle.<\/p>\n<p>Han kommer att servera henne en perfekt stekt r\u00e5raka med lite speciella tillbeh\u00f6r: en sked gr\u00e4ddfil, lite finhackad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och lingonsylt. En alldeles egen version som kanske \u00e4r sprungen ur situationen. Blanda med salt och \u00e4gg.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp rapsolja och eventuellt lite sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. Klicka i smeten och platta ut till r\u00e5rakor n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre \u00e4n pl\u00e4ttar.<\/li>\n<li>Stek till fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. Den f\u00e4rdiga r\u00e5rakan ska vara gyllenbrun och alldeles frasig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en liten r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 v\u00e4rd att plocka in i vardagen. Enkel och supersnabb.
