H\u00e4r serveras en glimrande ny\u00e5rsmeny i flera delar. Nummer ett har ni h\u00e4r. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 v\u00e4g in i ett nytt \u00e5r och jag \u00e4lskar k\u00e4nslan av att allt \u00e4r ett oskrivet blad. Att allting \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt. Just nu \u00e4r det bara att bl\u00e5sa l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 eventuella hinder som genast fladdrar undan. Vi klarar allt, eller hur! Och sj\u00e4lvklart ska maten spegla att n\u00e5got s\u00e4rskilt \u00e4r p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>Den kommer att bli blandning av arbetat och enkelt. Ambiti\u00f6st utan att vara pretanti\u00f6s. Snyggt men inte pr\u00e5ligt. En sorts balans i lyxf\u00f6rpackning. Och som alltid \u00e4r det allra viktigaste smakerna. Det ska vara gott!<\/p>\n<p>Till f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt blir det ett litet sm\u00e5plock att samlas runt. Riktigt krispigt, kraschande chips med rom och annat sm\u00e5gott.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Lyxiga chips till ny\u00e5r<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd kg stora potatisar<\/li>\n<li>2 l vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 msk \u00e4ttikssprit<\/li>\n<li>1 l rapsolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00f6jrom, sikrom eller annan rom<\/li>\n<li>cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>finhackad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>finhackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Tv\u00e4tta potatisen, men l\u00e5t g\u00e4rna skalet vara kvar. Skiva potatisen riktigt tunt. En mandolin g\u00f6r jobbet enkelt.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp vatten och \u00e4ttikssprit. L\u00e4gg i potatisskivorna och koka i tre minuter. H\u00e4ll av och l\u00e5t dem torka till p\u00e5 en ren handduk.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll olja i en kastrull och hetta upp till 170 grader. Har du ingen termometer s\u00e5 testa att l\u00e4gga i en liten bit vitt br\u00f6d som ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg och frasig yta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ner potatisen i omg\u00e5ngar. De ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg innan de lyfts upp med en h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 papper f\u00f6r att rinna av. Salta l\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med l\u00f6jrom, cr\u00e8me fraiche och finhackad r\u00f6d- och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Precis lagom sm\u00e5 munsbitar f\u00f6r att reta aptiten inf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta r\u00e4tt.
